AN: I cannot believe this happened... I SKIPPED A CHAPTER!! So this chapter is all new. Please Re-read.

Sebastian woke the following morning with a yawn. He rolled over and smiled, seeing Jamie was still asleep, laying on her stomach. He leaned over and kissed her bare shoulder before getting out of bed as quietly as possible, then pulled on a pair of boxers and shorts before leaving the room.

In the kitchen, he saw Chris resting his head on his arms, resting on the kitchen counter while coffee brewed. "Chris? Are you alright?"

Chris jumped at the sound of Sebastian's voice. "Oh, uh yeah I'm fine. Just..." he paused for a second and took a deep breath before continuing. "Just got up early this morning and couldn't sleep so I thought I'd make some coffee."

"When did you get in?" Sebastian asked. "We were surprised to see your note when we got back."

"I came home last night around three," he sighed and ran a hand through his hair.

Sebastian furrowed his brow. "What did you do last night Chris?"

Chris looked up at Seb with a quizzical look, "I went out with my brother & some friends; just had some drinks," he shrugged.

"Oh," Sebastian rubbed the back of his neck. "I was just curious, I don't mean to pry. I know you weren't in the best of headspaces when we left yesterday."

"I'll be fine man, don't worry about me," Chris tried to brush off the concern. "What about you two? How did last night go for you and Jamie?"

"Last night was... amazing." Sebastian smiled as the memories of the movie theater, and then when they got back to the house, filled his mind. "She's a little daredevil, that's for sure."

"At least you can count on her to keep you on your toes." Chris chuckled a little bit, "She really loves you Seb, I can tell," he smiled as he took a sip of his drink.

Seb reached to grab a clean mug out of the sink, then filled it with coffee. "I'm not so sure about love Chris. It hasn't been that long that we've been together." He looked over at Chris and noted that he was rapping his nails on the counter, a sign of his nerves. He's changing the subject to deter from himself... I'll allow it for now.

"I know, but she is infatuated with you," he said. "Love is something special, one of the most powerful feelings in our lives; it's hard to hide something like that." Chris looks down at his cup, zoning out momentarily, before he takes another long drink.

"Yeah, that's true," he murmured in return, then took a sip of his coffee, only to grimace at the bitter taste. "But I can tell something is wrong with you Chris. Will you talk to me?" Sebastian put his mug down then turned towards the fridge to grab the creamer, adding it to his coffee before returning it.

Chris let out a shaky sigh and lifted his head to look back at Sebastian. "It's nothing serious, Seb. I'm just... I'm getting lost in my own mind again. Nothing new," he tried to smile reassuringly.

"What is it Chris? You know I'm here for you," Sebastian said softly. "Why do you think I insist on staying with you when I'm in town?"

Chris ran a hand through his hair again, "I'm good, Seb, really. You know how it is. Just takes a toll sometimes," he chuckled, trying to make light of the situation, but failing miserably. "I just need to try to clear my head a little... I think."

Sebastian sighed and made Chris let go of his mug before he pulled the large man to him for a tight hug, knowing it would help clear his head. "You're lonely," he murmured. "If Jamie being here bothers you, we can go to her place," he added. "I know it's not easy."
