Jamie sat down beside Sebastian as they waited for their flight number to be called. She still couldn't believe that he'd invited her to come back home to New York with him for two whole weeks before they returned back to LA. She looked over at him and smiled. He was looking on his phone with his earbuds in, most likely listening to a podcast or watching a video.

Both of them were happy that filming was over and were just as equally happy that a complaint had been filed against Driver. Neither of them even had to do it. Someone else had beaten them to the punch.

Holding his phone in one hand, Sebastian absentmindedly reached for Jamie's hand with the other, interlacing their fingers. She squeezed gently, leaning into his side. Sebastian wrapped an arm around her shoulders, never releasing her hand, and pulling her close so she rested her head in the crook of his neck.

Watching them interact, with a broad smile on his face, was Don Saladino. He had chosen to sit across from one of his best friends and clients, a magazine in one hand, also waiting on the same flight. "You are whipped," he chuckled, not caring if Seb could hear him.

"Fuck off," Sebastian said with a smirk, not bothering to look up from his phone.

"What?" Don laughed. "I didn't say it was a bad thing. You know good and well that I'm whipped too."

Sebastian chuckled, then turned his attention back to the screen. A couple of minutes later, their flight was called to start boarding. Though he didn't do it often, Seb had opted to spend a little extra this time around and got first-class tickets for Jamie and himself, which meant they got to board with the first group of passengers.

Jamie stood and bent down to grab their carry-on bag. "We'll have to meet up sometime while I'm in New York," she told Don. "It's been nice spending time with you."

Don nodded as he watched Sebastian wrap his arm around Jamie once he stood. "Likewise. You better get going lovebirds, you don't want to miss the flight."

When they boarded the plane, sitting next to each other, Seb put away his phone and leaned back in his seat. "So... Now that we're heading home... What did you think about your first acting job?" he asked her.

Home... as in our home... The thought made Jamie smile. "It was... eventful. But it was a lot of fun too and I really enjoyed it," she answered easily.

Sebastian smiled, "Good. I'm glad." He sighed happily and rested his head back against his seat. "Anything you're looking forward to while we're in New York?" he asked.

Jamie looked over at him as she rested her hand over top of his. "I'm eager to learn more about you and see your place. But I'm also excited to explore and try some different food that's unique to New York. Do you have a favorite?"

"Not really. There are all sorts of things around my place though. I'm sure we'll find some fun things for you to see and try," he replied, his thumb stroking her knuckles.

"I'm looking forward to it." She leaned her head on his shoulder with a soft sigh. "Are you feeling better?" she whispered, knowing that it bothered him to talk about it.

"I'm going home, and I have you by my side," he answered softly. "I'm doing alright."

Jamie turned her head and gently kissed his cheek. "I would say we can christen your home when we get there but... any day I'll be dealing with the evilness that comes with being a woman."

"Well, if you need anything to help you through that evilness, you make sure to let me know, okay? I don't mind running out for snacks, or whatever you might need," he told her, lifting her hand and kissing her knuckles. "And we can always stock up on things for you on our way home if you want," he added.
