I spent the next two weeks making sure Riley was comfortable and taken care of. Since we first kissed our bond grew stronger, but that's all we did, kiss. We didn't talk about it or take it any further than that since his body was in too much pain. I walked back into his room and I saw him standing. "I'm actually not hurting as bad today." I went up to him and offered my support so he could walk more but he said no and walked on his own. I smiled I was so happy he was getting better, that also means I get a break from having to do everything. Days later he was back to his usual self and ran up to me while I was outside picking me up and spinning me around. I laughed and held him tightly. Then he stopped and looked me in the eyes smiling and kissed me. "You were the one to save my life for he change." He joked. I kissed him. "You know you've been taking care of me for almost 3 weeks now, I think I'll make tonight special." "What do you mean by that?" "Hmm a nice candle lit dinner?" "Sounds good to me." I said smiling. We went inside, I couldn't wait for tonight.
