He backed away from me and stepped closer to the window. "What the hell are those two up to?" He went to the door and opened it and as soon as he stepped foot out the shadow of someone pulled him aside and I couldn't see what was happening. It could be a walker. Then I saw the man step back into the light and holding his neck he fell to the ground. When he moved his hands it was apparent that his neck was slit. I moved around trying to get my legs free but they were tied too tightly. I'm here vulnerable to who ever just killed him. I began crying again and closed me eyes, this isn't happening, this isn't happening. I open my eyes. The shadow of a man stood there at the door I couldn't say anything with the rope still in my mouth. I just put my head down and come to conclusion that this was the end of me. I heard the footsteps come closer and I still didn't want to look up and look death in the eyes. Then I felt a hand caress my cheek and I shivered with fear, but then the hand worked its way to the back of my head and freed the rope from my mouth. He then freed my hands and legs. Then his hand came under my chin and lifted up my head. Slowly I opened my eyes, "Riley!" I threw my arms around him and he was quick to grab his chest and I pulled away afraid that I might have hurt him. "Shh.." I lowered my voice, "Riley... are you okay?" He moved his hand showing the wound from the bullet. "It just barely missed my heart." "We need to get out of here so we can take care of you." He sat down on the table where I was, "I'm not going to be able to take care of the other two." He said as he reached for his gun and handed it to me. "I know you can do it, then you need to find something to patch me up so we can leave this place."
