Dawn Of The Heroes 2; When 2 Universes Collide

Chapter 8

All of the aliens looked at each other with wide eyes of shock. "I have witnessed that a army of humans are preparing to come to Pluto and kill all of you, then take over the planet.
So we must act before humans do. I have a great plan, who's with me?" Dylon asked.
All of the aliens started cheering as they were on Dylon's side, though they had no idea that everything he just said was fake.
"Good, now here's my plan" Dylon started.

Meanwhile on planet Earth, life was normal. Ryder was playing a game on his pup-pad. Chase was napping in his pup-house. Rubble and Marshall were watching Apollo The Super Pup. In the backyard, Skye, Rocky and Zuma were playing tag.
Ryder's pup-pad started ringing, he saw that it was Mayor Goodway calling. "Hi Mayor Goodway, what's up?" Ryder asked.

"Ryder, it's a disaster! I was taking photos of whales when a dolphin pushed my canoe and I accidentally dropped my camera in the bay. Now it has sunken all the way down" Mayor Goodway explained.
"We're on our way. No job is too big, no pup is too small!" Ryder got up from his bean-bag and called the pups to the Lookout. "PAW Patrol to the Lookout!" Ryder called.

"Ryder needs us!" all of the pups said. "I'm gonna get in the elevator first" Marshall declared as he immediately started running. Rubble walked backwards to the elevator, his eyes were glued to the TV.
"I'm first!" Marshall yipped, "and nothing clumsy happened this time". Skye, Rocky, and Zuma were running toward the elevator. Chase was the last to get in. His brown eyes were sleepy and he yawned as he joined the pups in the elevator.
The elevator's doors closed and up they went to the mission room. The pups leaped out, lining in formation infront of their leader. "PAW Patrol ready for action, Ryder sir!" Chase barked, a yawn following.

"Thanks for racing over pups and I'm sorry to disturb your nap Chase. Fortunately, this isn't a serious a rescue" Ryder said.
"That's good to hear" Chase's eyelids were drooping. "Mayor Goodway was taking photos of whales when a dolphin pushed her canoe, causing her to lose grip of her camera. Now it has sunken into the bay" Ryder explained.
"For this rescue, I'll only need Zuma. Your gonna dive down with me and use your flashlight to search the dark bottom of the bay for the mayor's camera".

"Ready set, get wet!" Zuma barked. "Chase, you can continue your nap. But I suggest that you nap here in the mission room, for if I need you" Ryder said, "but I doubt that I'll need you".
Chase yawned and walked over to Ryder's bean-bag, then threw himself on it. "Alright, PAW Patrol is on a roll!" Ryder started running to his pole, then slid down.
Zuma barked and jumped down the slide. He reached the end of the slide, falling into his transforming pup-house. Once it completed it's transformation into a hovercraft, Zuma drove off. The door to Ryder's garage lifted, giving way for Ryder to drive out.

As they neared the bay, Ryder activated his life-jacket. "Life-jacket deploy!" Ryder said. He then activated for his ATV to transform into a hovercraft.
Ryder and Zuma got onto the bay and found Mayor Goodway waiting in her canoe. "I'm so glad your finally here" Mayor Goodway said. "Don't worry mayor, we're gonna bring back your camera" Ryder said.

Ryder got in his scuba gear, and so did Zuma. "Ready Zuma?" Ryder asked. "Weady!" Zuma said. They both dove into the water, and started swimming for the deepest depths. Zuma's flashlight came out of his pup-pack. He and Ryder began searching the seabed. Suddenly a dolphin swam infront of them with the camera in it's mouth.
Ryder tried to take it from the dolphin, but it swam off with the camera. Ryder and Zuma glanced at each other.
Ryder then pointed at Zuma and then toward the dolphin that was getting away. Zuma right away knew that Ryder was telling him to keep up with the dolphin so they won't lose him.

Zuma's water jets (I don't know what there called, so I just made up a name) came out of the sides of his pup-pack and the small fans inside started spinning, then he swam off at high speed after the dolphin.
Ryder swam back to the surface. "Did you get my camera?" Mayor Goodway asked. "We found it...actually a dolphin found it but he swam off with it. Zuma is following the dolphin, that way he won't lose the camera. But I have another plan" Ryder explained, as he got on his hovercraft. "Maybe after all, this rescue is mildly serious than it appeared in the beginning".

He drove off toward the dock where Captain Turbot was fishing. "Hey Ryder, what's going on?" Captain Turbot asked.
"Do you have extra squid that you could spare?" Ryder asked. "I think I do" Captain Turbot abandoned his fishing pole to check if he had any squid. He found a bucket filled halfway with squid.
"I have a little bit left. I hope it's enough for a whatever your doing, Wally ate most of the squid earlier" Captain Turbot explained.

The captain threw down the pail to Ryder. "I'm sure this will do" Ryder said, "thanks".
"No problem" Captain Turbot waved as Ryder drove off.
Once he reached Mayor Goodway's canoe, he called Rocky. "Rocky, I need you to do me a favor" Ryder said.
"How can I help, Ryder?" Rocky asked eagerly. "I need you to see where Zuma is at the bay. I can't call him because he's swimming after a dolphin and won't be able to speak due to his snorkel in his mouth" Ryder explained.
"I'm gonna check right away" Rocky ran to the big screen and pressed a button, which opened up a map of Adventure Bay, showing the PAW Patrol pups' pup-tag icons (I didn't make this up. In Mighty Pups, I saw Ryder check where the pups were from a big map on the big screen).

"Ryder, he's under the Adventure Bay Bridge" Rocky said. "Thanks Rocky" Ryder thanked. "Your welcome" Rocky said.
Ryder drove off toward the bridge, halting his hovercraft under it. He then put his snorkel in his mouth, grabbed the pail of squid, and dove into the bay.
Ryder swam down as fast as he could, until Zuma and the dolphin came into sight. When Zuma saw Ryder, he stopped going after the dolphin. Ryder took squid out of the bucket and tossed it to the dolphin.

The dolphin let go of the camera and went for the squid. Ryder gave the pail to the dolphin and then grabbed the camera.
He and Zuma high-fived each other and then swam to the surface. Once they took their snorkels out of their mouthes, Ryder spoke.
"You did a great job not letting that dolphin out of your sight. Good job Zuma" Ryder praised.

"Your plan to distract the dolphin with the squid was great" Zuma said. They both smiled, then Ryder got on his hovercraft, with Zuma behind him.
Ryder drove off to the mayor's canoe. "We got your camera" Ryder said. "Oh my goodness! Thank you so much Ryder and Zuma! I thought I lost my expensive camera forever" Mayor Goodway exclaimed, "thank you Ryder. Thank you Zuma".
"Whenever a dolphin takes your camera, just yelp for help" Ryder said. "I sure will" Mayor Goodway said.

Ryder and Zuma got back to the Lookout, and were up in the mission room with the other pups. Ryder gave all of the pups a pup-treat. Then he continued playing his game on his pup-pad. After Zuma finished eating his treat, he walked up to Ryder.
"Can I watch you play?" Zuma asked. "Of course" Ryder said, making space for Zuma. Zuma leaped on the bean-bag with Ryder. Ryder petted Zuma on the head and Zuma licked him on the cheek.

Skye was laughing so hard, as Chase was tickling her on her small furry stomach with one of his paws.
Rocky was resting on the other bean-bag while Marshall and Rubble were playing tug-of-war with a tugging toy. Life for the PAW Patrol was normal, peaceful, and joyful, but they were unaware that something bad was coming straight at them and it was soon to hit.

Everyone, get ready because chaos is approaching!
