Three days crawled away so slow like a snail, but to Ryder it felt like they had been searching space for a year. Dylon was back with his aliens on the planet Pluto.
Meanwhile in Foggy Bottom, Mayor Humdinger was thinking about something. "Harold, I was thinking about two things" the mayor told his nephew. "What is it, uncle mayor?" Harold asked curiously. "I don't know why we are helping Dylon in his plans" Mayor Humdinger said.

"Why do you say that?" Harold questioned. "I don't like the fact that Dylon is boss over us and that he can command us of what to do in his plans. I'm a mayor and no one should be boss over me nor tell me what to do" Mayor Humdinger explained.
"So you don't want to destroy the PAW Patrol?" asked Harold. "Of course I do! It's my dream to destroy them and I have a better plan than Dylon's" said the mayor.

"So we're not gonna work on Dylon's side?" questioned Harold. "This is my plan. First, I'm gonna send a letter to Dylon telling him that I'm not working by his side anymore.
I already know that Dylon will become very upset and he will probably send aliens down to Foggy Bottom to kill us. So I'm gonna gather everyone from Foggy Bottom and they will become our army that will fight against the alien army. While they protect Foggy Bottom from the aliens and Dylon, me and you will be working my extremely smart plan".

"We've tried like a million of times to destroy the PAW Patrol in every possible way, but in the end we always failed. So here's my plan.
After I send the letter to Dylon telling him that I'm not working with him anymore and the citizens of Foggy Bottom are protecting the island, I'm gonna leave to Adventure City to try and become the new mayor.
The year is about to end, which means the election is gonna begin and I want to win the election so I become mayor. Once I'm mayor, I have control of the entire city and people.
So I will use the people as a second army to take over Pluto.
Thanks to Dylon, we now know that the PAW Patrol pups are on Pluto and their in the basement of the headquarters. Once the second army takes over and banishes Dylon, we will then have the pups, the headquarters and the entire planet".

"That's we're gonna work on capturing Ryder. Instead of destroying the PAW Patrol, I'm gonna get Ryder to work on our side".

"That's impossible! Ryder would never be on our side" Harold said.
"But he always says that he would do anything for his pups, even if that means dying to save them" Mayor Humdinger said, feeling like the most amazing and wise man on the planet.

"So, I'm gonna tell him that if he helps me in a plan to rebuild Adventure Bay and become mayor, I will give him back his pups without harming them. But if he declines this great opportunity to have his pups back, then I'll just kill the pups. Isn't my plan so amazing? Am I a genius?".

"Whatever, I could've thought of a better plan. But I guess we should just follow yours" Harold said. "Your just jealous of my smartness" Mayor Humdinger said, "anyways, your gonna start writing the letter to Dylon while I explain my plan to the residents of Foggy Bottom".
"You think your all bossy now" Harold groaned.
"I am a boss. I'm a mayor and I'm your uncle, which means I outrank you" Mayor Humdinger started leaving the lair.

While they were putting their scheme into action, Dylon was about to start putting his scheme into action. Dylon was pacing back and forth, in the room with the big screen that showed what was going on on planet earth.
The aliens were standing in a crowd and waiting for their master to speak.

"While Mayor Humdinger and Harold are working on capturing Ryder for me, I'm gonna be working on my part of the plan.
I don't just want to become an amazing hero, I want to become a king with the biggest kingdom. So here's my plan".

"Adventure Bay is now my land. But I need to expand my kingdom" Dylon walked up to the big screen and pressed a button, which brought up a map of the world.
He zoomed in, showing Barkingburg up close. "Half of the alien army will go to Barkingburg and take over. But I don't only want you aliens to take over, I want the crown and the throne of Barkingburg.
The other half of the army will guard Adventure Bay, I should actually start calling it my land. Once Barkingburg is taken over, I will be sending some aliens to guard it".
