Chapter 22

Three hours later, the Air Patroller arrived at its destination, planet Pluto. "Robo-dog, put us in stealth mode so that the aliens won't see us" Ryder commanded. "Arf arf!" Robo-dog barked. The Air Patroller was put into stealth mode and then flew above the planet. "Phantom, you know what to do" Ryder said. Phantom nodded and his body started fading away.
He became invisible and then left the Air Patroller. The invisible alien jumped out of the Air Patroller which was hovering above the headquarters. He saw that all aliens were guarding around the headquarters. Phantom went inside to look for Dylon. As soon as he entered the headquarters, he found Dylon on the main floor, doing something.

Phantom then took the elevator to the basement. Dylon didn't pay any attention to the elevator, for he thought it was just one of his aliens going down.
The elevator stopped at a gloomy basement.
The door opened and Phantom walked out of it. He walked his down a long dim corridor, where there were many rooms.
Phantom opened one door and saw the cages that contained the pups. "Now it's time to report this to Ryder" Phantom started making his way back to the Air Patroller.

A few minutes later, the alien was back in the Air Patroller. "Ryder, all of the aliens are guarding the headquarters. Dylon is doing something with some machine on the main floor. And the pups are in the basement in a room. They're locked in iron cages, which I think you won't be able to open" explained Phantom.
"Leave that to me. I'll figure out a way to open the cages" Ryder said. "Is everyone ready?"
"We are ready!" everyone said in unison. "Good, Lily and Phantom, go now!" Ryder commanded. The Air Patroller's door came down and Phantom jumped out of the flying vehicle. Lily mounted Cloud and pulled the reins. Cloud neighed and then leaped out of the Air Patroller.

Phantom and Lily landed, the aliens were shock to see them. "Dylon, there here!" RazorFang said, who was standing by the doorway. "Attack!" Dylon commanded, who's heart was pounding with fear.
RazorFang dashed for Phantom.
"Lily, distract the smaller aliens!" Phantom said. "On it" Lily said, as Cloud started running and Lily begun shooting the aliens with her gun.

"Be careful Ryder" Katie said, as Ryder was getting prepared to leap. "I'm gonna be fine. Stay here and be ready for when I bring the pups and the others animals" Ryder said, as he jumped off of the Air Patroller. He landed on his feet and then started running toward the headquarters which was unguarded.
As soon as Ryder entered the headquarters, he saw Dylon. "You've been succeeding in your plans for a while, but I'm gonna bring your succession to an end" Ryder said, with a deep frown of anger.
"Your actually gonna challenge me to a physical fight?" Dylon laughed.

Ryder wasn't gonna waste any time or fall for Dylon's games, so he immediately ran toward the villain. He leaped in the air, did a twist, and then kicked Dylon in the face.
"Your gonna know who I am for taking my pups" Ryder growled. Dylon fell to the solid tiled floor, hitting his head hard. He growled and then got back on his feet. "Your not gonna win this" Dylon frowned, his eyes blazing brightly. "And neither will you" Ryder said.

Dylon tried to throw a punch at Ryder, but Ryder immediately blocked the incoming punch. Dylon then swung his leg toward Ryder's leg and kicked the young boy with full force.
Ryder was sent flying toward a wall, which he crashed into. Ryder clenched his teeth in pain as he rubbed his head. Dylon walked up to Ryder and started laughing. "You really thought a ten year old could defeat a fifteen year old?" Dylon sneered.
"Age doesn't matter, size doesn't matter, and strength doesn't matter. What matters is if you know how to fight" Ryder said, who was still laying on the ground.

Ryder unexpectedly hit his leg against Dylon's foot, causing the boy to fall onto Ryder. Ryder grabbed his neck with his arms and flipped onto his back.
"I got you now" Ryder said.
Dylon started struggling to break free from Ryder's choke lock. "You don't want to die, don't you? So tell me where are the keys to the cages" Ryder said, as he tightened his choke lock.
"There...in....that....box" Dylon gasped. Ryder looked to a small box that was on a table. He then punched Dylon in the face, causing him to immediately knock out. Once Ryder was sure that Dylon was knocked out, he let go of him and ran toward the box.

Ryder opened the metal box and saw the keys to the cage. "I'm coming pups" he said, grabbing the keys and taking the elevator down to the basement.
Meanwhile, Phantom was trying to hold off RazorFang. But just like Phantom, RazorFang had powers. One of his powers was super strength, which he used to punched the castle so that it can fall on Ryder.
Phantom was having a hard time fighting with RazorFang. Lily was doing good in distracting the aliens. The elevator stopped at the basement and Ryder got out. "Pups! I'm coming!" Ryder said.

"Is that Ryder?" Chase said, getting up. "Oh my, I'm about to cry" Marshall said. That's when Ryder appeared at the doorway. Tears of joy started swelling up in Chase's eyes.
"I'm here pups" Ryder's voice was warm and low. He opened each cage and freed all of the pups. The pups immediately tackled Ryder to the ground. Chase pushed his way to Ryder's face and started licking him all over. Ryder laughed as he was stuck under a pile of pups. Chase wouldn't stop licking Ryder on face.
After a minute of laughing and licking, the pups got off of Ryder. "Oh my, I've never been covered in this much drool" Ryder laughed, pulling out a clothe from his pocket and wiping his face.

"Pups, we have to get out of here right now" Ryder said. Ryder and the pups started running out of the room. They went to another room where Cali and the other animals were prisoned. Ryder freed them and then took everyone out of the headquarters.
Ryder pulled his pup-pad out of his pocket and called Robo-dog. "Robo-dog, land the Air Patroller right now" Ryder commanded.
"Ruff ruff" Robo-dog barked. As they headed out of the headquarters, the pups gasped at the sight of all aliens. "Don't be afraid pups. The navy blue alien is my friend" Ryder explained.

The Air Patroller landed and Ryder took the pups and the animals inside. "Katie, start the checkups" Ryder commanded, as he left the Air Patroller. 
Dylon awoke from his knock out. He felt dizzy and confused. His left eye was black from the punch that Ryder delivered. "I'm not gonna let you win this" Dylon growled as he stood up.
He walked out of headquarters to see the big fight. "I'm just gonna return to earth and leave them here in this big mess" Dylon said, looking down at his necklace that had the teleporting stone hanging from it. "Teleport to earth" he said.

The stone started glowing brighter each second, until a whirlwind started forming around everyone. Not just Dylon, but everyone.
"I never said to teleport everyone. Only me!" Dylon screamed. The whirlwind continued spinning faster and when it faded, everyone found themselves in Adventure Bay which was completely destroyed.

"I never said everyone!" Dylon yelled. The big battle continued. Phantom's energy level was dangerously low. RazorFang delivered one punch to Phantom's chest, sending the smaller alien flying to the ground. Phantom stood laying on the ground, gasping for air. Ryder ran over to his best friend in great worry.
"Phantom? Are you okay?" Ryder asked.
"I...can't...fight. I'm too weak" Phantom gasped weakly. "Please try, Phantom. Your the only one who can kill RazorFang" Ryder begged his friend.
RazorFang came running at Phantom, roaring out loud.
"You can do it" Ryder encouraged. Phantom forced his body to get up and face the incoming alien.

Firstly, I would like to apologize for the short chapters I've been uploading these days. I feel there short and I feel that I could do a better job and make them longer.

I'm sooooo happy 😃 that Ryder and his pups are finally reunited. It just makes my heart ❤️ glow.

Why do I feel that Phantom might die in this battle? Am I the only one who feels like that?
