Dawn Of The Heroes 2; When 2 Universes Collide

Chapter 16

In the darkness and vastness of space, a planet lies far away from earth. Known as Planet Pluto, its home to a million aliens, one human and its the prison of six pups.
In the basement of the two floored headquarters, the PAW Patrol pups were still locked up in the iron cages. While Dylon was gone making plans with Mayor Humdinger, he put RazorFang, the big black alien in charge. Next to the room which prisoned the pups, there was another room which prisoned Farmer Al's farm animals, Chickaletta and Cali.

"Chase, what are we gonna do? Ryder is dead" Skye whimpered. Dylon had told the pups on the first day they were captured, that he had captured Ryder also and that Ryder was gonna he killed soon. The next day, Dylon announced to the pups that Ryder was killed.
After Chase heard that, he stopped speaking to the other pups. He even stopped eating the raw guts that was served, but Skye urged him to eat. She didn't want Chase to kill himself by starving to death.

The guard aliens were gone, having lunch. This gave the pups a chance to talk to each other. "Skye, there's nothing to do. Ryder is dead" Chase said, who was resting in his cage with his ears pinned to his head.
His brown pup eyes were filled with extreme sadness and his heart was aching physically. Skye sighed sadly, sitting back down and staring at the bowl of guts in front of her.
"I guess this is the end of our lives" Rubble said. "Your right, we're gonna die here" Rocky whimpered. "There's no point in eating the guts that we're served in order for us not to starve death. We should just not eat. What's the point in living if we don't have Wyder?" Zuma explained.
"It was great being part of the PAW Patrol. You all were amazing friends and Ryder was the best owner, leader, friend, and companion that any pup could have" Marshall said.
Tears swelled up in Chase's eyes as he listened to what Marshall said about Ryder.
"This really is the end" he thought, as he closed his eyes.

Meanwhile on planet earth, Ryder was alive though his pups knew not. Ryder, Lily and Cloud were in the Air Patroller, searching for Phantom. Ryder was wearing his normal PAW Patrol outfit. Lily was dressed in a dark green, long-sleeved, turtleneck shirt with a pair of black pants, and her wavy light brown hair was out.
"I really hope he isn't invisible right now. We would never be able to find him if so" Ryder said. "Ryder! There he is!" Lily pointed, who was standing by the front glass.
"Where?" Ryder asked. "On that cliff, over there" Lily pointed toward a distant cliff.

"Speed up, Robo-dog" Ryder commanded. "Ruff ruff" Robo-dog barked. Phantom saw the Air Patroller coming and he knew exactly what Ryder was coming to do.
The Air Patroller landed on the mountain and the door came down. "Your ready?" Lily asked, reading Ryder's nervous face expression.
"I don't know how to start, Lily. What if he attacks me? What if he doesn't accept my apology? What if I mess up by saying the wrong words?" Ryder doubted, who was stilling sitting on the blue seat besides Robo-dog.

Lily walked up to Ryder and said, "stop doubting so much. Think positive, like the real Ryder does". Ryder got up and walked toward the Air Patroller's exit.
As Ryder made his way down to the cliff, Lily watched from near the Air Patroller with Cloud by her side. Phantom was sitting on the cliff, and as Ryder neared him, he began to growl lowly.
Ryder halted a few feet away, fearful that the alien might attack him. He didn't know what to say. "Phantom, I'm sorry about last night" Ryder said in a low tone, looking at the solid grey surface beneath his sneakers.

"I don't accept your apology" Phantom growled. Ryder sat near Phantom and started. "Phantom, I realized that everything was my fault last night. I'm sorry for calling you everything I called you. There's was no need for all that. Last night, Lily made me realize what I did. I realized that acting that way toward my friends is not part of me. Never in my life have I said such things to my friends, not even my parents though I hate them with all my heart.
I have said a few things to them, but I never went at them the way I went at you yesterday. It's just, without my pups, I'm stressed, sad, and not me.
But I'm sorry, Phantom. I realized that you are amazing, your powers really fascinate me, and your not useless. You are useful, actually your the one I need the most in this mission to save my pups and space.
I'm sorry, Phantom. I'm sorry".

Phantom stood quiet, not sure if he wanted to accept the apology. He then inhaled a deep breath and stood up. "I forgive you" he said, "let's go save your pups and save my home in space". "Now your talking! Come on, buddy!" Ryder stood up.
"What's the next step in your plan?" Phantom asked, as they both headed to the Air Patroller. "Just watch and observe" Ryder said.
"Don't ever fight like that again" Lily said, "Phantom, you need to learn to clean your mess after cooking and Ryder, you need to never say those things to Phantom or any of your friends again". 

"I can't promise about the cleaning" Phantom said. Ryder and Phantom looked at each other. Ryder then faced his chair toward the front glass. He exhaled a long breath and shook his head. "Looks like I'm gonna have to deal with his ways forever, until he returns to his space home" Ryder thought.

The Air Patroller landed infront of the Lookout. "I'm gonna deploy the energy shield around the Lookout" Phantom said as he walked out of Air Patroller. Just as Ryder was about to get off of his seat and leave the Air Patroller, his pup-pad started ringing.
Ryder saw that it was Katie calling him. He answered her call. "Hey Katie, what's up?" Ryder asked. He felt happy to speak to one his best friends. "I'm fine. How's everything going? Are you okay?" Katie asked, "and did you find Cali?". "Woah! Woah!" Ryder laughed lightly.

"One question at a time" he said. "Everything is going in a flow over here. And I'm totally fine. I haven't found Cali nor everyone else's missing pets. I have my plan for this mission planned out, so even if it takes a while, I promise you will be reunited with Cali".
"I'm glad to hear that. And I'm glad your okay. How are you coping without your pups?" Katie asked.
"Please don't ask that question. I'm actually enjoying this pleasant conversation with you right now. I don't need to start getting stress and sad again" Ryder said, not wanting to be reminded of life without his pups.

"I'm sorry" Katie apologized. "What's going on over there? Talk to me" said Ryder. "Well, the Princess let some people stay in the castle because there are many rooms, and I'm one of those people. But there isn't enough rooms, so the others are staying in a hotel" Katie explained.
"That's good to hear. Well, I guess I better get going now" Ryder said. "Okay, just be careful on that dangerous and scary mission. You don't know how worried I've been for you. I keep hoping everyday that your still alive and no alien killed you" Katie's blue eyes were full of worry.

"Why are you so worried about me, Katie?" Ryder asked. "Oh, uh-well uh" Katie was trying to look for words. "I think it's normal to be worried about your best friend. I've been worried about the pups also...and Cali" Katie said, "I just want all of us to be reunited, I want life to be back to normal".
"Katie, you need to stop worrying so much. Just stay calm and think positive. We will all be reunited with the ones we love and life will soon be back to normal. Just put your trust in me, I'm the PAW Patrol leader and I can do anything" Ryder explained.

"Okay, I'll try not to worry, I'll try to stay calm, I'll try to think positive, and I'll put my trust in you" Katie said. "Good, now I have to go. Bye" Ryder said. "Bye, be careful" said Katie.
Ryder put his pup-pad back in his pocket and got up from his seat.
He joined Phantom, Lily and Cloud outside. "Who called you?" Lily asked. "Katie" Ryder replied.
"The Lookout is secure" said Phantom. "Good, now it's time to fly into space and find which planet my pups have been taken to" Ryder explained. Lily shivered slightly. "It's gonna be time to face Dylon soon" she said.
"The time is coming, but I'm ready and I'm not afraid" Ryder turned to the Air Patroller. "Wow, he's so brave and confident" Lily thought in admiration.

"Before we go, I need to make sure we're not forgetting anything" said Ryder in deep thought. "I don't think we're forgetting anything. The Air Patroller has almost everything we need, just like the Lookout" Lily said.

"Then it's time to fly into space" said Ryder, running into the Air Patroller and gearing up in his air rescue outfit.
The others followed him in. "Robo-dog, launch this Air Patroller into space" Ryder commanded. "Arf arf" Robo-dog barked. The Air Patroller took to the sky, upward into space.

I hate Dylon! He made the pups believe that Ryder is dead! Oof, I hate him!
I feel so bad for the pups 😢😭

I'm glad Ryder and Phantom made up. It's a relief that Phantom didn't bite Ryder's head off, Lol 😂. Wait...why am I laughing about that? That wouldn't even be funny if that happened.
