I burst into the room he and his mother share in his house. I search for something that her scent is deep in or something extremely precious to her. There's a locket with Vincent's father and his mother inside, a pair of underwear that she hasn't washed yet and her hair in the shower. It's not exactly what I was looking for, but it was enough. I can tell Vincent is extremely confused.

"She's not dead. Shaide said her scent went missing, meaning someone took her. Her scent would've changed if she died also Shaide would never come to the living side where he knows his power is weakened away from Hell just because he sensed that I met with the prince. I can find her, Vincent. I will bring her back alive. I won't let you be left alone." I explain panting slightly as I draw on the floor with my blood.

I draw what everyone calls a summoning circle on the floor with my blood. It's a type of summoning circle where I can feel one's whereabouts through their soul. Even if this person was dead, I would know where their soul is. When I finish drawing, I summon Hellfire into my hand in its original form as Hellfire and set it to my blood letting it burn into the floor. I place her clothes, hair and locket on top of the burnt marks and bite into my wrist drawing my blood and letting it pour out on top of it.

"Find me dear flame of Hell, find me my soul." I chant in the demon language.

As I chant this over and over again, my blood starts glowing red before turning orange, blue, turquoise, purple before turning to yellow and then a peach colour. Vincent's scent then her scent. I hold out my hand to Vincent who takes it. As soon as we hold hands, I can see where Vixin is. Never have I seen where someone is so clearly or seen them at all. He wasn't lying about their bond being so strong.

"She's getting out of a vehicle at the docks," I say processing the images I see, "district 66...warehouse...ninety – four."

That's when I lost her. I couldn't see her anymore because the distance from here to District 66 is too far. I get up leaving behind the mess in the living room with Vincent hot on my trail. I use Hellfire to open the car and start the engine. I hold Vincent closer to me and use Hellfire to protect us. I jump so that I'm higher than the car and 'land' on top of the roof directly above the front seats. Since we were coated in Hellfire, we fell straight through the roof and landed in our seats without a scratch on us or the car. I take off headed straight for the warehouse. I speed through the city and suburbs taking shortcuts and driving illegally. I don't attract any police of law enforcers and if I do, they back off. My phone rings and I pick it up. It's the Captain.

"Get off the phone! Assemble the strongest team and meet me at District 66 warehouse 94. We have another one tonight." I yell into the phone and hang up.

I will protect Vincent and his mother at the cost of my life. I promised them that whether I said it out loud or not, I am making it now. I promise that in this life, I will not let Vincent and Vixin die.
