Lexa POV at 5:30 pm
I had just gotten out the shower and started to get dressed. I was wearing a blue suit jacket, with a light blue lace shirt and black pants.
Lexa's Outfit:
After I put my perfume and shoes on, I turned out the lights and headed out the door. By the time I got to Clarke's room it was already 5:59, so I was right on time. I knocked on the door and low and behold, there Clarke was with a long black dress with a low v-line, (which I LOVED) and black wedges to tie together the whole look. There was a goddess in front of me and I absolutely knew it.
Clarke's dinner outfit:
"Clarke... you look... absolutely stunning." I stated, awestruck. Clarke turned a light shade of red and lowered her head a bit. "Thank you, you look amazing to Lexa." She stated, slightly eyeing me up and down. I held out my arm for as I guided her out the door, to the car. The car ride was very enjoyable. It was filled with silence and the quiet murmuring from the radio. It was a comfortable silence that I had almost always felt when I was around her.
I had just pulled up to the restaurant, Olive Garden, it was a little basic but I knew that Clarke liked pasta and I am in LOVE with their breadsticks so I figured it was a win-win situation. After I parked the car, I got up, sped around the front of the car to open Clarke's door for her, and held out my arm. "Such a charming gentlewoman you are Lexa." She said giggling and lining her arm with my own. "Why thank you m'lady. You ready to go inside and stuff our faces with as many carbs as we can?" I asked, jokingly. "Hell yeah!" She exclaimed, pumping her fist up in the air, matching my energy. As we walked inside, I directed my feet towards the stand where a blond waitress, about 5'4 with blue eyes, was standing ready to see what we needed. "Hello, my name is Peyton, some of my friends call me p for short, what's your name beautiful and how can I be of service?" Peyton asked in a slightly flirty tone. "The names Lexa, I had a reservation for 2 under "Clarke", my soon-to-be girlfriend, and I would appreciate if you didn't openly flirt with me like that, as it could diminish my chances of her saying yes to me tonight." I stated, leaning on the stand. I had said that all in one breath. Clarke looked at me with shock and admiration, while I just stared down the waitress who's confidence had completely deflated. "Oh! I-erm excuse me please, that was incredibly rude of me. Umm, there's a table for two right this way." She stated, grabbing two menu's and trying to hide her flushed face while showing us to our seats. After showing us our table and leaving the menu's with her, and explaining the specials they were offering, she walked away with her cheeks still flushed.
