The memory dreams had stopped now, well not fully. I wouldn't get daily attacks but when I closed my eyes at night I'd get a very quick one that was always the same. Doug would scream but I wouldn't hear everything what he would say. "Thomas...brother...dead...Newt...final...candidate...revenege..." After that I could fall asleep, but I had to see it every night. I stopped telling Newt about them after I heard his name and dead so close together, He didn't need anymore stress. Today I was going into the maze for the first time since I got taken away in that forcefeild. "Be safe, Tommy". He pecked my lips. "I will, Newt". I held his waist, and played with his hair. "I love you". I kissed his forehead. "I love you, too". With that I went to meet Minho. We had a long day of running ahead.

That evening we arrived just before the doors closed, like usuall. Minho went to eat, while I went to find Newt. I saw his face through a window in the homestead. As I walked towards it a hand grabbed the collar of my shirt, choking me. I frantically gasped for air but couldn't get any. "You didn't think I'd let you go that easy, did you Thomas"? It was Doug. He let go of my neck and I heavily sucked in air. He covered my mouth and dragged me behind the homestead. He punched my stomchach, then face. I yelped in pain. "Shut it!" She hissed and slapped my face. I winced and nodded. Then two hands came from behind Doug's neck, they pulled him to the ground and began to punch him. It was Newt. "Go get Alby, run Tommy, run"! I ran to get Alby and Newt stayed atop of Doug. Alby, Gally, Minho, and I returned. But Newt was lying on the ground. "I wanted you to watch me do It to him but I had to do it now or I'd never get the chance again." The box opened and people in wicked suits flooded the glade, grabbing Doug. "You brought this onto yourself, Tom!" He yelled as he was dragged away. I ran to Newts side, he wasn't moving. "Med-jacks!" I called for Jeff, who was staring close by. He took Newt away. Minho ran over to me. "What is that guys problem?! What did you do to him"?! I shook my head. "No idea, but Newt is my biggest concern right now".

A/N is this okay?? I feel like the chapters are getting boring but everything has a reason and I have This story planned out!! Tell me if it's boring you and I'll try to speed it up. Please comment, bye <3
