Sykkuno's POV:

I was just chilling in my room, about to turn on my stream. I was just on my phone scrolling through twitter as I waited, until I got a ping from Scarra.

Scarra: Hello! Just wanted to make sure you can still come to the shoot tomorrow.

I smiled at the message and replied back with conformation. I almost forgot about the shoot tomorrow for the next OTV video. I'm pretty sure it was like, fear pong or something? I don't know, either way I'm actually really excited for it.

Sykkuno: Yes I'm still going to the shoot! I'm really excited to see you all again! 😁

Scarra: Great! But there is one more thing. Apparently something came up and Toast can't make it for tomorrow so we need a fill for him. Do you have anybody in particular who you would want as a fill or do you not have a preference?

Toast needs a sub huh? And I get to choose? Well I mean, there was really only one person to choose. It's a no-brainer really.

Sykkuno: Well if Rae wants to come to the shoot then I would like her to go too! Unless she's too busy or something.

Scarra: Ok! I'll invite her and get back to you when she responds.

I smiled at the message. I didn't see why I should miss out on getting to see all of my friends again. It'd be nice to share my loneliness with them as well. I mean, most of them anyways. Who knows, maybe even Rae would say yes to the invite and I can confess to her properly this time. Oh god I hope she likes me back! If not, then this is gonna be really awkward. Especially since I'm about to stream and maybe play with her and her roommates in Valorant.

I went over to my computer as it was now time for me to start my stream. I started the stream and everyone gave me a warm welcome. I was starting to talk to chat about random topics and life stuff, at the moment I was just chatting since I had not decided on what to do in that moment. I realized that Rae was in a discord call, probably waiting for her roommates to get on for Valorant. I figured that it shouldn't be too awkward to pop into the call and be the 5th player, right? I could also use this as a way to see if she likes me back. That way I can save myself from having that embarrassment at the shoot.

"What do you say guys? Do you think we should play Valo or what?" I asked my chat as they all encouraged me to play with Rae.

"Last I checked, Rae, Poki, Janet, and Celine needed a fill so I guess I'll play it today. What do you guys think?" I asked the chat. A few of them had different suggestions like Pico Park and GTA, but most people wanted me to play Valorant with them.

I took a deep breath, making sure no one could see it of course, and joined Rae's call.

Rae's POV:

I was on my phone scrolling through my socials. My stream was going to start in a little bit over an hour from now. I tried to be on social media a bit less now, since a lot of times it can be a very toxic and hateful place, but every now and then I do end up seeing something nice that almost makes scrolling through actually worth it. Key word being almost. To my surprise however, I ended up getting a Twitter notification from Scarra. Scarra? Why is he messaging me like this out of the blue. I mean it's not like I dislike Scarra at all, it's just, we don't typically message each other that much. I opened our DM's, intrigued as to what he had messaged me.

Scarra: Hey Rae! This might be a bit short notice but we were wondering if you would like to be in the next OTV video.

New OTV video eh? I was about to respond back until I saw that Scarra was typing again, so I refrained from doing so.
