Valentine's Day Special

AN: So yeah, I decided to not do the other Valentine's day concept that I had cause I couldn't find a way to write it well enough. Might do it some other time, but for now... have this guess... Anyhow enjoy this really rushed one shot that's also a whole fucking day late!

Sykkuno's POV: (February 14th, 2022, 8:30 A.M)

"Hey everyone!" I announced my arrival to the other 9 people in the call. I got various replies from everyone, all of them sounding excited at my arrival, well, as excited as they could be during a morning stream. It was a pretty casual group for among us today. It was me, Rae, Toast, Miyoung, Poki, Peter, Abe, Wendy, John, and Jodi.

(Okay I know nobody cares, but whenever I mention any OTV couples, I subconsciously start to write Leslie and Edison. But then I realize that they're not a thing anymore, and I end up having to erase it. Idk why I'm still sad about that, but it's fine. 😔)

"Did you get a good night sleep?" I heard Rae ask me. I almost heard her energetic voice from all the way down the hall, but still for as loud and obnoxious as it may be at times, it was still the voice of an angel.

"You bet I did!" I told her, knowing that she would be pleased that I had a good night last night. "Oh and Toast and Miyoung, I heard about your announcement. Congratulations!" I congratulated the two for going public with their relationship.

"Uh, thanks Sykkuno..." Miyoung said awkwardly. I could hear her suppress the nervous laughter from the other side of the call.

"Sykkuno. Don't pretend like you haven't known about our relationship for the past 4 months." Toast exposed me live as everyone else in the call burst into laughter. My eyes widened and I covered my mouth with my hand in shock.

"Wait T-Toast?! Wha-" I barely mustered up, but was cut off by the game starting.

"Alright good luck everyone!" Poki said, recovering from the laughter. I muted my mic and focused on the game. I got impostor with Rae. Oh, this should be fun...

*Time Skip* (3 hours later)

"Please! Wendy I'm telling you. It's gotta be Toast! The whole lobby's been sus of him since round one right?" I reasoned with Wendy, who was currently in a 50/50 between me and Toast. I was an impostor with Rae again for like the 5th time today, and I was really stressed about potentially losing this for us, considering we haven't lost yet tonight.

"Wendy, I'll simplify this for you. You have two options. Either you vote Sykkuno, and we get the win. Or you vote me, and I'll still be happy, cause Sykkuno gets a good video! But you will get flamed to shit by our viewers. No exaggeration at all." Toast explained to her, but wasn't going to let him sway her so easily. I was determined to win this for us, but mostly just for Rae.

"Wendy don't let him scare you like that! Remember that one round, where we were together for most of it when there was a double kill? Well Toast couldn't be cleared by anyone during that round. So it's gotta be him right?" I reminded her, reminiscing on the super clean double kill Rae and I had a couple rounds ago.

"Oh gosh..." She muttered out, clearly on the fence with this decision.

"For the last time, I was doing Simon says in specimen!" Toast reiterated desperately.

"Sykkuno, did you see him kill?" She asked me for confirmation. I smiled at this question as it seemed to imply that she was leaning more towards my side. However, I didn't wanna jump the gun and get too eager.

"I mean, it had to have been him cause you're nowhere near us right? I saw him right next to the body so I figured it had to have been him." I explained to her bluntly and as innocently as I could. The voting was down to its final 5 seconds, and I was beginning to get nervous that I had said something off that would make her vote me.
