(*Someone pointed out I accidentally labeled the last chapter as Chapter 5 when it was supposed to be 6, whoops!)

AUTHORS NOTE: I notice I'm starting to go a bit off the rails with my storyboard. It's supposed to be loosely based off of the original Asian Drama, but I am taking my own twist on it. So don't expect it to be exactly the plot of the show!

Also, my chapter ideas I had that were supposed to be 1 chapter are now turning into 2-3. I didn't realize how long each chapter is until I'm actually writing them!

At this rate my whole story may be 50 chapters, which wasn't my initial goal. I may have a second part to this story based on how this is going for me. So prepare for the possibility of a sequel!

It was supposed to be a regular Friday school day, I got dressed and ready to leave with Gray to walk to school together.

We were just about to leave when Gray's Dad, Silver, stopped us at the door, "Hold on you two! Stop right there."

Gray and I exchanged looks at each other and looked back at his dad.

"What?" Gray asked his dad, "We are going to be late for school."

"No school." Silver smiled, "Not today."

"Huh?" I pulled out my phone to check my email, I usually count the days til a day off of school. It was weird that I didn't know about it.

"What are you talking about, Dad?" Gray questioned.

"We are going to the beach for the weekend. We are leaving right now. You guys work so hard, where's all the fun in that? You need time to act like kids while you're still able to!" He explained, "I already called you off of school, and Juvia I already asked your brother and he gave you permission to go."

"Oh. That's so nice of you guys!" I was pretty taken back, "I'm not sure if I have clothes for that."

Ur popped up behind us, "I got that handled. We already packed for both of you." She handed us backpacks with clothes inside them, "Everything we need will be in the RV!"

"RV?" Gray raised his eyebrow.

Silver hit a button on his keychain and the sound of a loud truck horn immediately followed.

My phone rang, a FaceTime call from Ultear. I picked it up right away, and she seemed to already be inside the RV with Meredy, "Juvia, are you coming or what?"

"Oh hey, Meredy is coming too?" I waved and was so happy to see her.

Meredy popped next to Ultear to explain how she got here, "Ur called my mom and let her know. I was already at school, but Mr. Fullbuster picked me up and brought me here."

"Change out of your uniform and get in so we can leave!" Ultear ordered me.

"Sounds good to me!" Anything's better than spending a day at school! I walked back to my room to change out of my uniform and into something more beachy.

Gray seemed uneasy, "Are we sure this is responsible?" He asked his dad, "It's a school day."

"Live a little. Get in the RV. Eat popsicles. Take a romantic swim with Juvia." Silver basically dragged him into the RV.
