[Juvia POV]
My schedule today is jam packed. I don't even really have time to breathe! Seriously, I can hardly breathe! Levy's pet cat, Panther-Lily, triggers my allergies and makes my nose stuff up so bad. I'm surprised I made it through the school day!
In the nicest way possible, my voice was hoarse and made me sound like I was a 85 year old who smoked 10 packs a day. My migraines are so bad, I feel like I'm spacing out more than usual. I need very badly to get some allergy medicine soon before my brain runs out of oxygen soon. That's the goal for today.
Actually I had quite a few goals today. So much I needed to get done, otherwise if I put it off now I might never actually get it done. So much to do, so little time. Why aren't there more hours in the day?
Today alone, I needed to: Move all my things out of Ultear's house single-handedly, move everything into Gajeel and Levy's—Also single-handedly, find a part time job to get me through school next year, talk to Miss Strauss if I can even get into a school and then whatever remaining time I need to study for my retake tests. This is it, make it or break it
It seemed impossible for a single person to do all of this alone. Even more so when that person is me. I'm as incompetent as a worm trying to jump rope. My smooth smooth brain cannot simply comprehend complex thought. I am just incapable.
My motivation to keep going is waning with every passing second. I'm half tempted to just skip it all and just take a well deserved stress nap. Deep down I knew that was probably a poor choice to make, but that doesn't mean it wasn't the choice my heart wanted me to pick.
So, I slugged my way over to Ultear's house to get my things. Gajeel was too busy to help me today and Levy too. They both had work all day and I didn't want to bother them anymore than I already was for existing in their tiny apartment. So I'm flying solo today. I don't own much so a box or two would be enough. Luckily their apartment isn't too far from Ultear's place. If I can somehow manage to just keep taking the bus back and forth, then I just have to make multiple trips if I have more than one box.
As I walked around the block, Lyon was standing stiff like a board facing the other way. He was trying so desperately hard not to make direct eye contact with me, so much so that he was going out of his way to act natural. Trying so hard that it was far from natural at all.
My brow was raised, much like it normally is whenever Lyon was around, "... Hey Lyon?"
Lyon turned and looked at me with such shock that I caught him, "Juvie! How'd you find me?" He seriously thought I wouldn't notice him standing in plain sight!
"Seriously?" I threw my hand on my hip, "I used my eyes. You're in the middle of the sidewalk in plain sight." I stated as a matter of fact.
"Oh you're right." I'm glad he was at least self aware that he was acting ridiculous. "Sorry, I've lost my edge since Gray deactivated my tracker." He apologized.
Wait? His what now?
My head shook before I could ask him to repeat himself to make sure I heard that correctly, "You're what now!?"
