"Ugh! This new neighbor has got to go!" Bree groaned as her and her brothers stood in the living room. Leo and Jodie slowly walked down the stairs.

It was late at night and the five heard as their neighbor raced up and down the street outside.

"Why does he keep racing his car up and down our street every night?" Chase asked as he wrapped his arm around his sleepy girlfriend, who was ready to drop at any moment.

"Ooh! I know this one! To get to the other side." Adam said as the car engine continued revving.

"He clearly has no respect for my beauty sleep. It takes at least eight hours to look this good. Ten, if you want that Leo glow." Leo said.

"Make it stop before I make it stop." Jodie mumbled, fighting to stay awake. She then hopped onto Chase's back and rested her head on his shoulder as he held her.

At that moment, Donald walked down the stairs, wearing his cheetah print pajamas. "I cannot believe I have to wake up to this!" Donald said.

"I can't believe we have to wake up to that." Leo and Jodie said as they looked at Donald.

"This is Italian silk. A cheetah wishes he looked this good." Donald said to the duo.

"A cheetah would have the decency to cover that up with a robe." Bree said.

Donald walked over and opened the door. "Hey, Pierce! Get your car off my lawn!" He yelled then started fiddling with his phone. "Let's see how he likes my new high-pressure sprinkler system. Okay, set to 'Monsoon'." Donald said as he stepped outside the house.

The group of five stood by the doorway as the sprinklers turned on, making the car stall. "Ha! He's stuck in the mud!" Donald cheered. He then got covered with mud as the car struggled to get free.

"Not anymore." Leo said as the group turned to head back to bed.

The next morning, Bree, Chase and Jodie walked into school and found Leo already there.

"Leo, how'd you get to be first in line for locker reassignments?" Chase asked.

"Oh. Since I couldn't get any sleep, I've been here since dawn. FYI, you do not want to see the lunch ladies without makeup." Leo explained.

"Wait. They wear makeup?" Bree asked as Adam walked in.

"But since I'm first in line, I'll finally get the corner locker." Leo said.

"Wait a second. I thought this was the line for lice check." Adam said and walked away from them.

"There she is: Locker 106. Away from the traffic, near the cheerleaders, and I can see Principal Perry before anyone else. And a two-second head start can save a life." Leo explained as the four looked at the corner locker.

Bree and Chase nodded, before walking away as well. Jodie stayed by her best friend as Perry walked out of her office.

"Listen up, weasels! It's locker Reassignment Day. Why, you ask? A little trick I learned from my days as a prison guard. Never! Let! The! Perps! Get! Comfy!" Perry said, then laughed. "Also, drag your hands through the mashed potatoes to check for weapons. Mmm! Enjoy your lunch!" Perry continued, then turned to face Leo. "All right, Dooley, what locker do you want?"

"The corner one." Leo said.

"Already taken!" Perry exclaimed and laughed.

"What? By who?" Both Leo and Jodie asked.

"By me." A boy said and walked over to the duo. "Clayton Harrington." He said, doing a gesture. "And you are." Clayton continued in a slightly flirty tone, looking at Jodie.
