You Posted What?!: Part 1-2

Part I

"Guys, the rupture's getting worse." Bree said as the four of them were on a mission.

"That's natural gass. We have to fix that leak or it'll explode. Go check the rest of the pipeline for cracks." Chase said.

"You go that way, I'll go this way." Jodie said, looking at Bree.

"On it." Bree said and used her super speed to check the right, while Jodie flew to the left.

"Oh, we have to move fast. The whole pipe is unstable." Chase said as only he and Adam were left.

"You ever wondered what it'd be like if we weren't bionic? What's like, the first thing you'd do?" Adam asked, leaning on the pipe.

"Not get trapped in these stupid conversations?" Chase said.

"You know what I'd do if I wasn't bionic? Try and become bionic." Adam said.

"Can we just do this?" Chase asked.

"Fine. I'll seal the crack with my heat vision." Adam said, standing up.

"Yes, let's shoot clistering heat at highly flammable gas." Chase said sarcastically.

"I just said that. Were you not listening?" Adam said, not noticing his brother's sarcasm.

"Just let me contain it with my force field." Chase said and formed the force field over the pipe. "All right, it's only gonna hold for a few seconds. Go." Chase said.

Adam looked at the pipe and fired his heat vision at it, sealing the crack. "Pipe secure." Adam said.

"Checked all 200 miles." Jodie said as her and Bree got back to the bionic brothers.

"70 of which had poison oak." Bree said and pulled a branch of poison oak out of her hair.

"All right, let's get out of here." Chase said.

"All right, grab on." Bree said.

"Actually, I'm going to teleport back home with Jo." Chase said, grabbing his girlfriend's hand.

"Me too." Adam said as he grabbed onto Jodie's shoulder.

"See ya at home, B." Jodie said and teleported away. Bree rolled her eyes and used her super speed to run back home.

What none of them noticed was that a girl had come out from behind a bush, smirking as she held her phone.

At school, the group of five teens walked into the hallway and found everyone muttering and looking at their tablets. Some students even moved out of the way.

"What's everybody lookin' at?" Bree asked.

"A new viral video. Guess what it's called? 'The World's First Bionic Humans and Superhuman'." Perry said.

"What?!" Bree, Chase and Jodie asked.

"Wait, there are other bionic people and superhumans? Then why are we working so hard?" Adam asked, looking at the other three.

"She's talking about us." Chase said.

"Yeah, look." Perry said and showed the group of five the video, which showed Adam and Chase using their bionics.

"That's yesterday's mission." Chase said.

"Somebody filmed us." Bree said.

"Your secret's out. Everybody's gonna know you're bionic and superhuman." Leo said.

"Never mind that. Now I can't blackmail Daddy Big Bucks anymore. My gravy train just ran right off the tracks!" Perry said.

"Everyone's looking at us." Jodie said as she felt eyes on her. Her hold on Chase's hand tightened as she felt self-conscious.
