Sink or Swim: Part 1-2

Part I

"Leo? Donald? Can you hear me?" Tasha yelled a she knocked on the elevator doors.

"Mom!" Jodie said, appearing in the kitchen, not noticing what she had called Tasha.

"Ah, sweetheart! You're okay." Tasha said, hugging Jodie. "Ah, finally!" Tasha said as they both heard the elevator coming up.

"Mom! Jo!" Leo said and ran over to Tasha and Jodie.

"I was so worried!" Tasha said hugging her two children.

"I'm so glad you're okay." Donald said, joining in the hug.

"How did you fix the elevator?" Tasha asked once they let go.

"Well, it was incredibly difficult, but in the face of great adversity-" Donald said, but was interrupted by Leo.

"I shimmied up the shaft and flipped the emergency switch while he cried." Leo explained.

"I coached him. At least my sprinkler system put the fire out before it spread to the rest of the house." Donald said, looking around.

"What about the lab?" Tasha asked.

"It worse than I thought." Donald said as the four walked into the lab.

"The blast took out everything." Leo said as they looked around the destroyed lab.

"I can't believe your own brother would do this. He could have killed Leo.." Tasha said. Donald looked at her. "...and you." Tasha continued.

"My Mission Specialist desk." Leo said as he and Jodie walked over to where the desk once stood. "Okay, this just got real! I'm gonna hurt Douglas where he lives!" Leo said and started to walk away, but then walked back. "As soon as I find out where he lives." Leo continued.

"Look at their capsules. There's nothing left." Donald said as he took a look at where the capsules were.

"Even Eddy's gone." Jodie said, looking at the broken screen on the wall.

"Yes!" Tasha cheered. Donald, Leo and Jodie all looked at her. "Yes, he will be missed." Tasha said.

"He was my best friend." Donald said.

"I thought I was your best friend." Tasha said.

"No, it was him." Donald said.

"What are we gonna do?" Both Leo and Jodie asked.

"There's nothing muvh we can do. The house isn't even ours anymore." Donald said.

"Speaking of which, the bank wants us out. I'll go gather what's left of our stuff." Tasha said and walked out of the destroyed lab.

"All your hard work. Millions of dollars' worth of equipment. Gone." Leo said.

"All this stuff can be replaced. Adam, Bree and Chase can't. We have to find them before Douglas does. Jo, could you find anything?" Donald asked

"How could I? Their GPS signals are disabled. They could be anywhere by now." Jodie said.

On a cargo ship, Adam, Bree and Chase came out from behind a stack of crates they were hiding behind.

"Well, after the last six hours, I can confidently say that there is no lady like way to sit on an anchor." Bree said, slightly wincing.

"What are you complaining about? I had a seagull using my head as a nest." Chase said, pulling feathers from his hair.

"Where are we headed anyway?" Bree asked.

"No idea. I can't pinpoint out coordinates without our GPS locators." Chase said.
