"Hey, Adam, Jo, you're just in time. I'm having a viewing party for tonight's big lunar eclipse!" Chase said as Adam and Jodie walked into the living room.
"Yep, all dudes, no girls, just Jo. Definitely a Chase party." Adam said.
"It's gonna be awesome. I even prepared an out-of-this-world feast. These are freeze-dried food pellets just like the ones astronauts eat. Each cube contains an entire meal. This is turkey, peas, and mashed potatoes." Chase explained, holding a plate.
"You had me at food." Jodie said, placing a kiss on Chase's cheek and grabbing one of the food pellets.
"Wow, congrats, Chase. You actually found a way to ruin food." Adam said.
"No, I made it better." Chase said.
"Oh really? Food fight!" Adam yelled. He grabbed a pellet and threw it at Chase, which just bounced off. "See, that's just lame." Adam continued.
"Come on, guys, you're gonna miss the lunar ecplipse. I haven't been this excited since the meteor shower of '98." Donald said as he walked into the house.
"I think 98's the last time I actually took a shower." Adam said as they followed Donald out the door.
"I cannot wait to see this!" Chase said.
"You're gonna have to." Donald said and shoved Chase out of the way. "It's beautiful." Donald said, looking through the telescope.
"Let me see, let me see." Chase said.
"Ladies first, Einstein." Jodie said and got to the telescope before Chase could. "Wow!" Jodie breathed out in amazement.
"Come on, let me." Chase said as Jodie moved out of the way.
"My turn." Adam said and shoved Chase away from the telescope. "Wow! Cool! What am I lookin' at?" Adam asked.
"Adam, a lunar eclipse is a rare and breathtaking event. The moon is passing directly behind the earth blocking the light that normally illuminates it." Donald explained.
"Wow! Nothing more exciting than a slow-moving shadow." Adam said sarcatically.
"Watching a lunar eclipse takes time and patience. We're gonna be here all night." Donald said.
"Oh, great, so it's like a sleepover, minus the fun." Adam said as Bree walked out of the house and joined them.
"Hey, what are you guys doing?" Bree asked.
"Lookin' at the lunar eclipse." Chase said, finally getting his turn to look at the telescope.
"Oh, cool! Let me see!" Bree beamed and shoved Chase out of the way, again.
"Oh, come on!" Chase complained from floor.
"Now that's worth watching." Adam said.

Now inside the house, Leo was talking into a camera while Jodie recorded."Leo Dooley's video log of the lunar eclipse. I'm recording tonight's events as they happen in real time. No editing, no filters, and no special effects." Leo said as Jodie pointed her camera at Donald, who was trying to pop his back. "That's right, folks. He's as old as he appears." Leo continued.
"Hey, what are you two filming?" Chase asked as Jodie shut her camera.
"The bizzare events that happen during the lunar eclipse." Jodie said.
"Lakes go dry, rivers turn red-" Leo said.
"People won't stop talking." Adam said, interrupting Leo.
"Guys, please tell me you don't buy into all that lame folklore." Donald said, looking at the best friends.
