Under Siege

"Welcome to Perry's Paradise Resort. Don't worry about your bags. One of the robot bellhops will get them." Perry said as her and Kerry arrived at the island.

"Ah, yeah, suitcase sled! Whoo-hoo!" Adam cheered and slid off on the suitcase.

"You remember my sweet niece Kerry." Perry said to Bree and Chase.

"No, but would your evil niece Kerry like to introduce her to us?" Bree asked.

"She's staying for the weekend. Give her a room with a view. Here you go." Perry said and handed Chase some money.

"This is money from a board game." Chase said, looking at the fake money.

"And there's plenty more where that came from." Perry said.

"Don't worry, I won't be a bother. You won't even know I'm here. I just wanna spend some quality time with my favorite Auntie Terry." Kerry said in a cheery tone.

"I have been accused of being fun. And of identity theft." Perry smiled.

"You're not fooling us, Kerry. You act all nice until your aunt's gone, and then you go off to trip roller skaters and sell ice packs to the injured." Chase said.

"My sweet niece would never do that. Everyone knows the roller rink is my turf." Perry said, turning to her niece. Then she noticed Douglas walk into the room with Leo and Jodie behind. "Dougie! Kerry, I'd like to meet your future uncle, Douglas." Perry said.

"I've heard all about you. You're the one obsessed with my aunt." Kerry said as she shook hands with Douglas.

"Yeah. She is a, um, handsome woman." Douglas said.

"Settle down, Romeo. There's kids here. Come on. Help me get her room ready." Perry said, walking towards the training area.

"Yeah. Be right there." Douglas said and ran in the opposite direction.

"So, this is the monster who owned you two last year? What did she do, not invite you to her tea party?" Leo mocked as he and Jodie laughed.

"Keep talking and I'll snap those little twigs you call arms." Kerry threatened, looking at the duo.

"Oh, please. I can flip you inside out. Don't try me, princess." Jodie said, her eyes glowing blue.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. These are bionic twigs. Well, this one is." Leo said, gesturing to his right arm. "From here down." Leo continued.

"So... what's your game, Kerry? Why are you really here?" Bree asked.

"Gotta lay low till the heat blows over. Got sloppy on my last job back at Creek." Kerry said.

"What did you do this time?" Chase asked, holding onto Jodie, who was using her magic to look into Kerry's mind.

"Till the witness wakes up, nothing. Just stay outta my way, and I'll stay outta yours." Kerry said and walked away from them.

"Oh my god..." Jodie mumbled, a bit scared over what she saw.

"Hey, she took my wallet." Chase complained. He then tried to run after her, but stopped when he realized that he was handcuffed to Bree.

"Oh, man, she owned you guys again." Leo laughed. He then tried to walk, but tripped, dragging Jodie down with him as they realized they were handcuffed together by the feet.

In the mentor's quarters, the group of five were happily sleeping, when an alarm went off, opening the bionic trio's capsules.

"Ah! Morning. Another day, another chance to make the world a better place." Chase said as he and his siblings stepped out of their capsules.
