What I felt for Stan isn't deep, it's just lust and maybe love? A love that isn't as deep as how Juliet loves Romeo. A love that I can give to anyone as long as I developed an appreciation and care for them. A love for a friend.

That's why when Tyra said she likes me for her brother, I got stunned. Never in my life have I heard someone in favor of their family member being around me. Nakakalambot 'yon ng puso pero hindi natuwa ang utak ko. I know I'm not in love with Stan and I'm sure I won't be in the situation where his lips will only I kissed. Ayoko siyang umasa at masaktan dahil ang kaya ko lang ibigay ay ang katawan ko at hindi ang buong ako.

"Club tayo bukas?"

Nagising ang diwa ko nang magsalita si Reni.

"Bukas pa?" I asked. We can go today after our class! Wala namang pasok bukas dahil Sabado.

"Oo! Bebe time muna mamaya," he grinned at me. Inismidan ko lang siya.

I got my air pods and plug them on my ears. I only shuffled my Spotify playlist and let it play.

We are waiting for Shai before we headed to our classroom.

Tyra: Hello, Ate Ace! When will you visit me?

Ngumuso ako nang mabasa ko ang mensahe ni Tyra.

Solace: I don't know yet, but I'll visit you within this week.

I might just ask Stan to go to their house. Nakapunta naman na ako roon so walang problema.

Tyra replied to me. Ang sabi n'ya ay hindi na raw siya makapaghintay.

I was about to reply when a shadow of a girl interrupted me. I thought it was Shai but when I lifted my eyes, I saw the ugliest woman I know.

I raised my brows at Athena.

"Ano nanamang problemang mong impakta ka?" maangas kong tanong.

She laughed without humor, "Akala mo tapos na ako sa 'yo dahil nakita ako ng ate mong sinasaktan ka?"

"Oh? Do you think I care? At anong nasaktan? You didn't even hurt me."

She gritted her teeth, parang nainsulto sa mga binitawan kong salita.

"You're really famous," tinaasan ko siya ng kilay, "No. Infamous pala."

I stood up and didn't get her point. I crossed my arms on my chest and arch a brow at her.

"Kilala ka bilang malandi, hindi bilang magandang ehemplo. Unlike your sisters who are known for being smart and a role model student to everyone."

I pursed my lips, "Really?"

"They bring fulfillment to your family while you bring disappointment. They could just disown you."

I slapped her, "Who do you think you are to bring that to me?" kalmado ngunit may diin kong tanong.

What she's telling is the truth but I didn't give her permission to speak it in front of me. I already know that. She doesn't have to remind me over and over again.

"Bakit? Are you affected? Totoo naman! Wala kang kwenta para sa kanila!"
