Aang's POV

Waiting for me? Why? I don't feel good about this.

"For your reading, I want to try a different method", she said whilst leading me in and kneeling with me, why does she want to try a different method??

"Okay", I smiled trying to stay as calm as possible.

"Pick a bone and throw it into the fire, I will know the rest", she directed me to what I must do, I can't think too much into this, so I just picked one up and threw it in as she said.

"You have a huge burden, although you may not want to hear this, people must know who you are, there is a war brewing, and everyone will need hope, I will not spread word of you, but Aang your part in this war changes the fate of our world", she started to breathe heavily, great so she knows.

"A war? Do I really need to-", I began to speak but she cut me off.

"You must get ready before it's too late", she spoke very seriously, maybe she's a fake? maybe she's just making this up??

"Right", I looked down, I don't know what to believe but she's just scared me to death. "Enough about all that for now, what about love? Does my future have anything else but war and responsibilities?", I sighed hoping for one good thing to come out of this.

"I'm sorry, but I did not see anything of the sort", she frowned, she seemed like she felt bad for me.

My future sounds horrible.

"Wait, I didn't notice this crack", she smiled softly as she picked up a piece of the bone, "you must be careful, if you trust your heart, you will be with whom you love", it's better then what she said before but, now I'm contradicting myself. "But this does not mean a lot, you always have the ability to shape your own destiny, don't forget that", I guess that makes me feel a lot greater then before.

"Okay, thank you", I smiled and walked to the door, I looked back at her about to ask her more about the war, but I couldn't I'd freak out too much, so I left it and walked away.

As I left the room I could see Meng looking upset, she's clearly listened in, "oh hey Meng, what's up?", I asked.

"I know you don't feel the same, I thought Aunt Wu would be right", she sighed crossing her arms.

"Well maybe there is another big eared guy out there for you somewhere, don't give up", I gave her a smile before walking past her, "and don't forget you have the ability to shape your own destiny", she needed to hear that so she doesn't pounce on the next guy with slightly bigger ears then normal who walks in.

When I got back to the waiting room I could see almost everyone had left apart from Katara, Sokka and Toph.

"Hey", Katara beamed as I made my way over to them, "did you manage to peel away from Meng?", she asked looking back to see Meng walk in from behind me.

"I think it's safe to say she's moulding her future differently to what Aunt Wu predicted", I said to her. "See you around Meng", I waved beginning to walk out.

"Floozy", Meng mumbled before getting back to work, I'm glad Katara didn't hear that or she'd be getting worse then just a face full of water.

"So what did Aunt Wu say? Did she know who you were?", Katara leant in and whispered whilst the other two walked ahead of us.

"She didn't say the word avatar, but I think she knew, she said there was a war coming and I have a huge part in it", I furrowed my brows as I talked, thinking more about what she said, although I want to live a normal life, I know deep down I can't, I have further understand this, I stopped walking. "I need to be the avatar".
