When I wake up, it's dark. I mean, it's almost always dark in a hospital, but it's night dark right now. I wasn't aware of the arms around me until I felt the breath on the back of my neck and a gentle whisper.

"Claire," the person with me whispers. I wiggle so I am turned in their arms and I am face to face, nose to nose, with Blake. I take in a quick breath and he notices and laughs. He struggles to sit up on his elbows and I sit up and lean against him. He's the warmest thing in this freezing room.

"You talk in your sleep," Blake whispers with a laugh.

My cheeks go red. I am in huge trouble this time. I try to remember my dream as I blush. "What did I say," I ask, my voice cracks in the middle.

"You complimented my smell," he says and I almost melt in horror. "Just kidding," he adds with a smile. "You actually asked me on a date, I said yes, and you kissed me."

  "I sleep kiss?" I gasp. "I am so sorry I didn't mean..."

Blake put a finger on my lips and smiled. "I enjoyed it," he whispers. And at that moment, with Blake and I looking into each others eyes, Sam walks in and I gasp.

"What the hell..." Sam starts. "Seriously Claire?"

"She was tired and she fell asleep," Blake's voice shoots at Sam and his arm tightens around my shoulders.

"We were just talking..." I try to say but I get cut off by Sam.

"Talking? Bullshit! Honestly Claire, I was going to try to make this work. The truth is, I never liked you as a girlfriend. I only dated you because you were alone and too fucking desperate."

I'm shaking. No, more like trembling. Like there is an earthquake inside of me. "You used me," I squeaked through tears that had appeared out of no where. "You...you..."

Blake crushes me against him and I hear cursing and yelling, but I can't tell who is who and what they are saying, and honestly, it really doesn't matter anymore.
