Cross can see trapped/lost SOULs and so can Nightmare
If monsters are dying, they can transfer their SOUL and/or magic to another monster
(I honestly don't know how the original AU goes, so I'm taking a few creative liberties here)

1 HOUR LATER

Everyone was sitting quietly in the throne room, mourning Error's...death. Well, everyone besides Nightmare and Cross. NM was reading the book Error left and Cross was wherever the fuck he went.

But suddenly, the quiet was disturbed by Horror falling off the couch.

"Holy shit-!" he screeched

"B-but you're supposed to be-!" He seemed to be talking to air.

"So...you're a part of me?" Horror tilted his head.

"Ohh, like Cross ad CC- Wait, I have magic now!?"

"Oh. So, you just transferred part of yourself while the rest of you is still in the VOID?"

"A-alrighty then." By now, everyone else was thoroughly confused. Why is Horror having a conversation with air? Who the fuck is he talking to? That was the exact moment Chara decided to prance down the stairs.

"NO WAY!" he yelled. "Error, you're a part of his SOUL now!?"

Horror/Error (Herror? Glitchy Horror? Just Horror?) nodded and shot strings from his hands.

Blue strings.

"HOLY SHI-"

"Hi! No, I'm not dead. Yes, I'm a part of Horror. He has some of my magic now. I'm inside of him like CC is Cross. Stars, that sounds weird. Anyways, now he can deal with Ink's bullshit!"

I don't know where this idea came from, but basically, Error transfers a part of his SOUL and magic to Horror, the most magically weak of all the gang, last minute. So, Error now lives inside Horror.
