Meet the Bat-family part 1

Damian Wayne and Rachel Roth had been a couple for almost 4 months now secretly, before finally revealing it to the other titans about a week ago.

Cheers erupted, comments were made and teasing was done by a particular green-haired teenager before he was shut up by a certain ex-assassin.

With Nightwing in the tower, the comments intensified as Dick was just about as good at keeping his mouth shut as Raven being able to express her emotions during the time her father was stuck in a certain red gem on her forehead.

Nightwing being the big brother that he is had accidentally forgotten to mute the intercom call to Batman when he began teasing his little brother about "going to see his beloved empath". When a certain empath was in the room and Batman being the detective was able to deduce that the only empath in the tower had been a certain amethyst-eyed girl and judging by their reactions he had been correct.

Damian's face had exploded with red, his green eyes were giving the famous bat glare to his older brother. His arms were wrapped tightly around his girlfriend the hood on his hoodie was pulled up over his face as if trying to con seal his face.

He was trying to hide his emotions as Batman scanned the room, his eyes landed on raven who was almost as bad as his son, she let out a noise which could be equivalent to a squeak and her cheeks had a faint pink tint to them, which was obvious on her pale skin, her arms were wrapped around his son's torso as if she had been trying to get the floor to swallow her whole.

Batman finally spoke his voice deep and icy as the cowl covered the majority of his face. However Raven could spot a slight smirk tugging at his lips as if he was about to burst out laughing this surprised Raven as she stared curiously at the dark knight.

"She seems like a fantastic girl Damian and I am sure she would make an excellent wife too. Be sure to invite her to the upcoming Wayne enterprises charity ball." He said with a slight chuckle as he watched his son's eyes widen and his mouth opens in shock as he let out an embarrassed "father".

So here the titans were in a car travelling towards Gotham for the Charity ball which was in two days. They were staying in Wayne manor with the rest of the affectionately named Bat family. Gotham was the complete opposite of Jump city which was considered relatively safe and happy, the sun broke through the clouds on even the coldest days.

In contrast, Gotham was dark and cloudy it was like the city was alive and any light found would immediately be sniffed out and destroyed. People glared at the cars as they went by with suspicion as if they were going to attack them at any moment.

No kids were playing in the streets and the ones that were found were running away from who Raven presumed was a shopkeeper, as they darted off into the shadows and thin alleys with fruit in hand.

The one beautiful thing in Gotham City was in Raven's opinion, Wayne manor its walls standing tall and proud in the face of destruction. Its bricks were old and worn but the building itself looked as if it could stand for decades. The big black gate at the front of the house had a big gold encrusted W on the front with plenty of room in the courtyard, which held a pool and a beautifully cared-for garden with a wide variety of flowers currently in bloom.

Damian looked at his home, his eyes unfeeling as the car pulled up. He felt Raven grasp his hand in an attempt at comfort as he looked up at her as the car pulled to a stop Titus's ears pricked up he had been asleep on the entire journey there. Damian thought it best to bring him along to his second home to make sure he gets the best care.

The doors were opened, Kory and dick left the car first followed by the others, leaving Raven and Damian for last. Damian left first, opening the door for his beloved like the gentleman that he is and grasping her hand to give her support, which earned him a on the cheek from his alhubu.

She was then swiftly followed by a certain Great Dane, who a bit too excitedly jumped up to get out of the car causing Raven to lose her balance causing her to fall right on top of Damian causing the young couple to blush. As Titus oblivious to what was going on ran out of the car towards the manor.

Damian smirked "beloved you have already fallen for me, I don't think you need to do so again." He said chuckling slightly to himself his love's face which was now flushed bright pink. "Shut up." she whispered as they stared into each other eyes.

But, suddenly a cough could be heard "I am sorry Master Damian but your father is waiting for you at the front of the house. The man who people would come to know as Alfred Pennyworth said politely.
