Girl's night part 2

On the plane(with the girls)
Looking out of the window with a glass of wine in hand, Raven sighed contently running her fingers through her dark, silky soft hair. She looked down through the clouds. She was so used to feeling the wind blow through her hair when she flew, it was strange relaying on a contraption to get where she needed to go.

She thought of her boyfriend, Damian, his green eyes along with his perfect skin, the hair that she loved to run her fingers through. She loved being with people of her gender of course like any young woman, but there was something special about Damian that drew her in, made her knees weak and her breathing quicken. She missed him deeply as she traced her fingers along the buttons of her first-class plane seat while taking a sip of her wine.

Selina's eyes shined with curiosity in an attempt to tame her boredom "what with the gloomy face, Raven?" She asked turning her attention to the empath while putting on some of her face mask and cucumbers which were previously stored in her hand luggage.

"Nothing, I just miss him..." Raven said she didn't want the older woman to think she didn't appreciate this birthday present, because she did! The entire Batfamily had welcomed her and made her feel like she was already practically married to Damian, much to her shock and flushed expressions.

"Damian?" Selina questioned with a smirk on her face. "What's the little bird-like in a relationship anyway, all I get are cold, angry expressions." Selina stated with a genuine laugh placing the cucumber on her eyes as she leaned back in her chair.

The plane crossed over buildings each one looked like a little star from how high up the plane was. Raven let out a laugh wiping the tears that began to form with her finger.

"He is absolutely adorable!" Raven gushed in response to Selina's earlier statement much to the other girls' shocked faces all except Kori who had seen the young couple interact with each other, from the small smiles to the playful jokes and flirty comments she had seen it all!

She was simply ecstatic to hear of their relationship, when they had first told the team she remembered the sly smiles on everyone's faces as if they were inevitable. Dick was practically jumping around the tower as if he had springs on his feet muttering something about pranks, trouble and growing up.

While Garfield was smirking and making inappropriate remarks at the couple's expense, which meant a Batarang was stuck to the wall a couple of inches from Garfield's head, it stayed stuck in the wall for a couple of days after that in an attempt to hide the crack which had formed because of it! It even cut off a strand of the shapeshifter's green hair causing it to float to the floor.

Kori also remembered the chuckle that Garfield had produced from his throat as his laughs were theatrical and in between breaths he gasped out "you missed!" While turning towards Damian, clutching and clawing at his chest as if he was choking.

"TT Garfield, if I wanted you dead you would have been dead that was just a warning"! Damian said coldly before turning to the empath in the room who was back to reading her book as if nothing had happened.

Raven raised an eyebrow in the direction of the group, patting the seat next to her with a smile as she waited for Damian to come and join her, he did with a smile as he pulled her onto his lap, placing a light butterfly kiss to her shoulder and neck.

Kori smiled at the memory of Damian's change in attitude he had grown that much was evident, and his eyes glistened with light a deep contrast to his first time with the Titans.

The plane was still flying, the song Love Me Like You Do playing on the speakers. Raven was smiling brightly chatting away with Selina about Damian before her phone vibrated.

She picked it up, her smile still bright as she looked at the name which was pulled up on the screen, the blue light reflecting in her deep purple irises.

The other girls giggled at the empath's reaction as she flushed a little blush available on her cheeks.

"Ooh look, at her blush girls isn't it simply adorable, I wonder what has got her so flustered!" Artemis said her tone full of sarcasm, yet happy and light as she cooed with delight at the young love being shown.

"I think I know!" Selina grinned mischief in her gaze.

Barbara pushed her glasses up on her face in amusement. "I agree, I think it has to do with a certain brother of mine, who we like to call demon spawn." She giggles causing Kori to join in the room was filled with laughter.

Raven just glared at the girls, rolling her eyes as she looked at her phone. Her now empty wine glass was at her side. She was waiting for the flight attendant to come back with her meal.

Looking down at the text message sent to her from Damian, he was sweet, and kind and he treated her like a Queen. He called her Beloved she calls him my king, love and many other nicknames.

Well then, we will just have to make up for it when you get back! Raven felt her cheeks heat up at the flirty promise behind those words.
She replied as she giggled oh and ruin this wonderful surprise that you planned, I think not Damian, I plan to have fun with my girls and if your lucky I might send you some pictures so you know what I am up to! ;) she sent the winking face for good measure.

"good." She thought let him be frustrated.  He typed back almost immediately the text may have seemed innocent but Raven knew better her boyfriend was struggling without her and she could help but smile.

You know just what to say Beloved, I love you. Make sure, you send those pictures, I miss you 🥰 ❤️
Raven's heart had left her body as the plane came to land at Las Vegas airport she typed back an I love you too before storing her phone in her bag.

The food the flight attendant had delivered was almost demolished in spectacular fashion, all that was left was scraps as she stepped in to the airport breathing in the Las Vegas air as she smiled. She felt giddy ready to start her 21st birthday off with a bang!
