Theo P.O.V

"Theodore," my brother nudges my shoulder. "Tell me about her."

"She's- beautiful. Every thing you would want in a girl." I say.

"The baby? I heard about her. She's doing fine right?"

"Yeah, Yeah. 8 months just yesterday."

"How is like, not having a child to yourself. That's another man's kid."

"I treat Belle like my own. She even calls me Dada." I show him a picture of her. Cropping out Shai and I, Belle sat on our laps smiling.

He laughs cooing at her cuteness. I tapped on the table. Looking past my brother, I see a tall brunette, grey eyes, and wearing all black clothing.

Lauren.

She looked my way, waving. I smile, excusing myself from the table.

"Lauren..." I wrapped one arm around her, pretending that we were still friends.

"Theodore. You look even more handsome in daily casual. Where's Belle and your girlfriend?" Her hand goes over my chest.

I take her hand down, still holding it.

"We need to talk in a private location."

Talking turned around quickly. Lauren placed her hands on my collar bone. I kiss her cheek, going to her soft lips. Not at one moment did I think it was wrong, making out with Lauren made me feel good.

"Why're you following through this?" She asked between our parted lips.

"No questions." I propped her on a desk, her legs lace around my waist. Holding her face, I pushed my right hand against the small of her back.

"Theo." She tried to back away, But I kept forcing her. "THEO!"

I back away. "What?"

"Go home. Shailene is waiting for you."

"What happened to this blackmail thing?"

"I have a boyfriend, Theo. And he's- he's waiting for me outside. I'm sorry, I have to go." She pulls up her black dress sleeve, exiting out the door.

I lean on the desk. Sighing in what escalated in anger, I throw a box of papers on the floor.

"What am I doing..." I whisper to myself.
