After We Ended

Hello! This is AWE's last chapter. I can't believe this has come to an end already. It's been like 3 weeks since I started writing this and now it's done!! I've never finished writing a novel that fast so I'm honestly surprised. 😭

Please let me know what you think about Sorin and Eli's story, even just for this last chapter.

I'll try to post the Epilogue tomorrow. Enjoy reading!

you're gonna feel a love that's beautiful and new."

I giggled and held onto him tighter. Yumakap ako sa baywang niya habang naglalakad kami, kaagad niya naman akong inakbayan.

"This time I'll love you even better than I ever did before, and you'll be in my heart forevermore."

I smiled sofly while listening to him sing. We finished eating and decided to go to a park nearby to walk around. Malapit nang magdilim at balak naming pumunta sa perya mamaya.

"We were just too young to know, we fell in love and let it go. So easy to say the words goodbye, so hard to let the feeling die. I know how much I need you now, the time is turning back somehow. As soon as our hearts and souls unite, I know for sure we'll get the feeling right."

I tiptoed to kiss his cheek, then held his hand. I extended my arms and walked away from him, then pulled myself back. He chuckled and kissed the back of my palm.

"If we never lived alone, then we might have never known. All of the time we spent apart, all we did was break each other's hearts."

I positioned myself in front of him. Then I put his hand on my waist before wrapping my arms around his neck. He smiled and pulled me closer, and we started swaying slowly as he sang.

"And when I hold you in my arms, I promise you. You're gonna feel a love that's beautiful and new. This time I'll love you even better than I ever did before, and you'll be in my heart forevermore."

He leaned forward and kissed my forehead, my nose, and then my lips. Napangiti ako at mas hinila siya palapit. I settled myself and continued dancing while he was humming softly.

I pulled him even closer until I was already hugging him. He stopped humming and just hugged me back, nuzzling my neck which made me giggle.

"I love you." aniya, ramdam ko ang saya sa tono ng boses niya kaya mas napangiti ako.

"I love you too, Sorin ko."

"Gusto ko 'yung teddy bear na 'yun." tinuro ko kay Jace 'yung kulay brown na teddy bear na gusto ko. May hawak kasi siyang star kaya ang cute tignan.

Inakbayan niya ako at kinausap 'yung nagpapalaro para tanungin kung paano. Madami lang naman, bibigyan ka ng darts at kailangan mong maputok ang mga lobo.

He got it after more than ten tries kaya tuwang-tuwa ako habang yakap ang teddy bear. "Anong pwedeng name niya?" I asked with a wide grin.

"Astra." he answered. Kaagad akong ngumiti at sinundot ang ilong ng cute na teddy bear.

"Okay. This is Astra." I giggled. Napangiti naman si Jace at hinaplos ang buhok ko.

"Are you hungry? May mga food stalls sa banda doon, kain tayo?" he asked.

Busog pa ako dahil kakakain namin kanina pero ang sabi niya ay may fishball daw kaya ako na mismo ang humila sa kanya papunta doon.

"Remember when we used to eat street foods after class when we were in elementary?" I asked him. Tumango naman siya at sinubuan ako ng kikiam.
