Shardul and Ishika reached Shreyas' home where Ro, Rits and Sammy had already present. Ritika and Rohit were talking to Shreyas' and Shardul's mother, while Shreyas and Shreshta were playing around with Sammy. Certainly there were 3 kids.

Shardul and Ishika rang the bell and Shreshtha came to open.

"Shardul bhai, kitna late kar diya." She complained.
"Bhabhi ke sath toh aap kabhi bhi ghum sakte ho, hamare ghar aap kabhi kabhi aate ho."

"Sorry, actually, do din baad we will leave for Ahmedabad, toh I thought..." Shardul tried explaining, but realised if he speaks further, he will have to go through a leg-pulling session.

"Its okay bhai, you need not to give me details." Shreshta said with a teasing smile.
"Introduce toh kara do mujhe bhabhi se."

"Uh yeah, Ishika she is Shreshtha, Shreyas' younger sister, and far more intelligent then him." Shardul said.
"And Shreshtha, I think Ishika ka introduction toh Shreyas ne tumko diya hi hoga."

"Haan, he's all praise for her. That's why I was so excited to meet her." Shreshtha said.

"Unhe darwaze pe hi rakhogi kya." Shreyas' mom shouted from inside.

Three of them went in, they were greeted by Shreyas' mother.
"Vahini, tujhi soon khoop sundar aahe."(Bhabhi, your daughter-in-law is very pretty.) She said to Shardul's mom, who responded with a smile.

"Ishu, you are looking a bit different today." Rohit said raising his eyebrow.

"Same hi toh lag rahi hai." Ritika said.

"Nahi, kuchh toh alag hai." Rohit said, this time pointing towards her bindi.

"Oh god! Is this for real. Ishi you never wore them, even after Maa's thousand appeals." Ritika said.

"Exactly." Rohit said.

"Aadatein badal jaati hain bhaiya." Shreyas said putting his elbow on Shardul's shoulder. "Haina, Mr. Thakur?"

"Achha bass, khana thanda hojayega. Pehle kha lo." Shreyas' mom ordered them.

After they had dinner, Ishika was talking to Shreshtha. Just then, Shardul's mom came to them.

"Ishika beta, mala tujhashi bolaycha aahe.(I wanted to talk to you.)" She said.

"You guys talk. I will come in a while." Shreshtha left saying this.

"Ji aaii boliye." Ishika said, she was a bit surprised. She always got warm vibes from Shardul's mom, but they never interacted much.

"Tum dono khush ho na?"

"Bilkul aaii."

"Mujhe na shuruat mein darr lagta tha, ki kahin tumhari aaii ka aur mera decision galat na ho." Shardul's mom said as her voice cracked a bit.

Ishika held her hand to assure her.
"Aaii, parents toh apne bacho ke liye sab decision achhi neeyat se lete hain. Aur jahan neeyat hi saaf ho vahan kaise kuchh galat ho sakta hai."

"Shardul pareshan toh nahi karta tumhe?" She asked in a lighter tone.

"Nahi. Shayad main hi pareshan kar deti hu unhe." Ishika said chuckling.

"Haan aaii bohot zyada karti hai." Shardul came and said.

"Phir pakka tu isko majboor karta hoga." his mother said.

"Tu maajhi aaii aahes ki tichi?(You are my mother or her?)" Shardul whined like a child.

"Dono ki." she said ruffling his hair. Ishika's eyes welled up at this. "Kya hua beta?" she asked her.
