Chapter sixteen

Last night experienced on the boat was good,we are all looked after,particularly my son they treated him like a prince. I was trying lessen the attention they giving to my son,but mom is deterring me to do it. Telling me to just relax and enjoy the moment.

We had dinner and drinks and I did enjoyed my mom's company. We catched up again while the boat is on sail. I also forgotten what had happened the whole day before we left the city.

I felt relax when I woke up this,never been this relax since Geoffrey's appearanced in the lobby of the building where I worked as a receptionist.

Kababa ko palang sa stair ng mamataan ko si kuya sa kitchen na gumagawa ng coffee.

Kay mama natulog George dahil namiss daw niya ng sobra ang kanyang apo kaya naman pinagbigyan ko.

"Morning kuya,where's your wife?"

Bati ko kay kuya ng mamataan ko ito sa kitchen na gumagawa ng coffee.

"Want one?"

Tanong nito sa akin na ang tinutukoy ay ang coffee na ginagawa nito sa coffee machine.

"Yes please!"

"Coming right up ma'am!"

Sabi nito ng nakangisi. Umupo ito sa stool na katabi ng inuupuan ko ng matapos ang kape na ginagawa nito,iniabot niya sa akin ang isa.

"She's still sleeping,napagod kasi sa pakikipagkulitan sa anak mo,she really love kids"

Nakangiti nitong sabi pero halata sa boses nito ang tinatagong pait.

They are both healthy and active,the doctor says that they have to be patient. The stress to their eagerness to concieve a baby is one of the reason. They concieved a baby once before I have George but Diane had a misscarriage due to stress and over fatigue from work. That's where the vacation idea came from,once in a while,two years have passed and nothing happened. They are loosing faith that one day they will be given a chance to have their own baby. It's their love for each other that are keeping them strong.

Then George comes to our lives,they spoilt him,giving all their free time to spend with my son and I appreciate it.

"Don't worry kuya,in time,god have plan for all of us"

"I'm looking forward to that"

He sipped on his coffee and looked at the view outside,the seashore.

"By the way kuya,thanks for the ride last night,it was so good I enjoyed it,but you should not go to that too fancy boat,it's a great experience and I am grateful"

Ngumiti na naman ito ng makahulugan bago nagsalita.

"So you don't know yet?"

Naguhuluhan na tiningnan ko siya.

"Okay I get it,you don't know it"

Naguguluhan na talaga ako sa sinasabi niya,hindi ko maintindihan. Iba ang pakiramdam ko sa mga sasabihin niya.

"Kuya please tell me,pinag iisip mo pa ako eh"

Nagbuntong hininga ito bago humarap sa akin.

"Mama called last night telling me that the boat I rented for your departure is canceled that you guys will take a private trasport,when I asked her what happened she said that Mr.Kairosinis is offerring his private boat and she accepted it"

So that explaine the body guards and the pamperring and her mom didn't told her. But what I don't understand is how does it happened in a short span of time? I really don't get it, why would Geoffrey have to troubled himself getting involve in my personal life when she knew that he is mad at her for not telling him she have a child.

The last time they talked,they clashed. He is mad at her and she is upset with him for being so stupid asshole.

"Why would he do that kuya? I Don't get it,it so confussing!"

Nang walang explanation na mahalukay ang kanyang isipan ay nagbuntong hininga siya ng malalim.

At bakit hindi pinaalam ng mama niya sa kanya ang mga nangyayari?

Her mom doesn't know the guy,even before they are still in the UK . No one knows she is in a relationship with that greek bachelor millionaire. All they knew is she is dating and urging her to introduce the guy but she didn't made to happen because they parted ways before she could asked.

"You should ask mama,she might have the answers you might wanted to know"

Tumango lang siya at bigla siyang kinabahan ng maalala ang pagtratong ginagawa ng mga tauhan ni Geoffrey sa kanyang anak kagabi.

"Kuya,do you think he knows that Geoffrey is his son? The way they treated George last night is like a pampered prince and I can't help it but I'm worried he will take away my son from me"

Natatakot na tiningala niya ang kapatid at nagsusumamo na sana ay mali ang kanyang iniisip. Hindi niya kakayanin na mawalay sa anak,ito na ang naging buhay niya,ang kanyang lahat lahat simula ng maghiwalay sila ng ama nito

Tumayo ito sa kinauupuan na stool ng maibaba ang coffee mug na hawak nito sa kitchen counter na nasa likod lang nila. Niyakap siya nito ng tuluyan na itong makalapit sa kanya.

"Hey don't over think like that,I don't think he will do that to you,and if ever he will do that,do you think I will allow it to happen? Don't under estimate my ability to protect my family  Lei,We love you and George always remember that okay?"

Gumaan ang pakiramdam niya sa sinabi ng kapatid at niyakap din ito ng mahigpit.

"Thanks kuya,I really am worried and scared if he take away my life from me..."

"Hey! Give him a chance,he's still the father of your child,he have the right to know his son,by the way I have spoken to him this morning before you turned up"

Nagbitiw siya sa yakap ng kapatid at tinitigan ito ng mataman. Nagusap sila how? This world is really getting smaller every passing days.

"He was around,checking on you,that's when I got a chance to talked to him,and I found out he doesn't know yet he have a son,poor man,I know hindi naging maganda ang kinalabasan ng pag uusap niyo he told me,but give him a second chance and talk to him again sort things out between the two of you for George Lei,think about your son I hate to say this but I have to,don't be selfish,George is the one who is sufferring and will suffer in the process if you keep avoiding him"
