Tulad ng dati maghapon nag stay si George sa opisina ni Geoffrey. I planned to take him back in the day care center but Geoffrey insisted to take care of him if mama is busy.
Umaalis si mama after lunch dahil inasikaso nito ang paghahanap sa bahay na pwede kong lipatan. Nakausap ko na sina kuya at Diane tungkol sa paglipat naming mag ina,noong una ay hindi sila pumayag pero sa huli ay nakumbinsi rin sila.
Si mama ang nagpaliwanag sa kanila kung bakit ko iyon gagawin. Si mama din ang nagaasikaso ng pagbili ng bahay na lilipatan namin,she will be staying with me until I settled down to my new place then she will fly back to London.
She already found the place she thought will suits me,I haven't seen it yet but I know she knew what I want. That will be a surprise for me,we will move on the weekend. I will miss them so much that is for sure and I know they will miss us too especially George. Life has to move on,I can't always depend with them,two years with them is amazing. The love and the care they shared to me and my son is priceless.
"Tell mama we are going to have dinner,then I'll take you back home"
Narinig ko ang pagbulong na ginawa ni Geoffrey kay George na aking ikinangiti. Nang lingunin ko sila ay karga nito ang anak ko,sa kabilang kamay nito naman ay ang Goofey bag ni George at may kung ano na naman ang sinasabi sa bata na ikinatutuwa nito.
Hanggang ngayon ay hindi pa rin ako makapaniwala na magiging ganito ang pakikitungo ni niya para sa anak ko, kahit pa alam niyang iba ang ama nito. I admire his ability to accept me despite the fact that I have child with the other man (according to him). That's showed how he really want me back and I'm grateful for that.
Telling him the truth is still my priority,but for now I will keep it for myself. Call me selfish,I don't care as long as I'm seeing them both happy with each others company it'll be fine. As long as I'm seeing how happy and comfortable Geoffrey I will keep the truth from him. I can't bear him being mad at me or seeing him hurt for taking away his chance to be a father to his son.
"Mama! Home...mama home"
Nangingiti ako sa sinabi ng anak ko. Habang si Geoffrey naman ay pailing iling na lumalapit sa aking mesa na parang dissapointed.
"Hey young man" mabilis na lumingon si George sa kanya "I said dinner first before home,okay? Say dinner...Di...nner!"
"Di.......nner...?"
"That is very good young man,go ask mama now"
Itinuro ako ni Geoffrey,binitawan ko na ang aking hawak na papers at naupo ng maayos paharap sa kanilang dalawa. Natatawa ako sa pinag papagawa niya sa anak ko dahil hindi nito masunod ang sinasabi ng ama nito.
"Mama! Di.....nner... home"
Natawa ako ng tuluyan sa sinabi ng anak ko at sa mukha ng ama nito na hindi na maipinta.
"George we are not going home yet okay? Dada wants to spend some more time with you and with mama as well"
"Dada...time?...mama well?"
Oh god! Give him so much patience. It will take him some times to understand his son. I'll be happy to see him frustrated because of his own son. I want to see him more on how he will handle a situation with his son on his own. And I want to see him growing old next to me while we are seeing our son growing to be whatever he wanted to be.
"That's enough now you two,I'm ready to go"
Tumayo ako sa aking kinauupuan at nilapitan ang aking mag ama. Kinuha ko sa kanya si George para ihug at para ikiss na rin. Namiss ko ang anak ko kahit andito lang siya sa paligid,dahil kasama siya ng ama niya sa loob ng opisina nito the whole afternoon.
"We go mama?" Inosenteng tanong ng anak ko bago bumaling sa kanyang ama "dada" tawag nito sa ama "we go home..babye" nag wave pa ito ng kamay sa ama niya.
Natawa ako sa naging itsura ni Geoffrey.
"Oh help me god!" he whispered then shook his head
"Baby!" Tawag pansin ko sa anak ko "Dada will take us home but he will take us to dinner first okay?" Mahinahon kong paliwanag kay George.
"Okay mama" masaya nitong sagot.
"What? How did you do that?" Manghang tanong nito.
"Mother's knows best" I smiled at him while giving back George to him then I grab my bag "let's go"
Nakasunod lang ang mga ito,hanggang makasakay kami ng elevator. Sa loob ng elevator ay kita ko sa repleksyon ang pagkukulitan ng dalawa,I smiled at him when we caught glances.
"Here we are!" Anunsiyo nito. "Hop in young man" ibinaba nito si George sa car seat sa likod. Nang masigurado ng naka seatbelt na ito ay pinagbuksan naman niya ako ng pinto.
He even bought George a car seat para daw safe and comfortable ang anak ko sa sasakyan niya.
"Hop in Agape moú!"
Kumindat pa ang loko bago isinarado ang pinto sa side ko.
This is the third times we will be eating alone,just the three of us,like a family dinner,just as I had once dreamt.
"By the way how was the new house?" he asked while driving. He knew dahil napaguusapan namin iyon if he's around.
"I haven't seen it yet but on the weekend when we do the moving,mama said it suits me and George,that's all that matter anyway"
"hmmm,,,I can give you a hand on the weekend,I'm not busy!"
Sagot nito. Napatingin ako sa gawi niya "you don't have to,we can manage my brother is enough to give me a hand..."
"I will come to help and I want to see where are you staying,so I know where to visit you and George,no more buts babe"
Wow! Just wow! Demanding?
I crossed my arms in the chest then glared at him when I saw him smirked.
