Trouble [Requested]

"Okay El, I'm heading out!" you called to the younger brunette across the room. peaking out the room she was in Ellie tilts her head with an eyebrow raised.

"out?" she questioned as she walked out of the room and up to you "Out where?'

You smile as the taller brunette takes your hand gently, her eyes slowly opening as she was still trying to wake up. You giggle and press a small kiss to her nose "I'm going hunting remember? Tommy asked me to go the other night."

Confusingly looking at you, Ellie shakes her head.

"I don't remember you saying anything" she frowns "I don't want you to go today. We were supposed to have the day off I wanna cuddle" she pouted, pulling you into a tight hug.

You giggle and wrap your arms around her, hand running up and down her back "I swear I told you babe. you were probably too busy playing your guitar. But I'll be back soon, I promise its just a small hunt then we can cuddle when I'm home."

Frowning Ellie pulls away with a huff "Fine" she says, dragging the word out.

"But you better give me cuddles when you're back." chuckling you give her a quick kiss before opening the door "Softy." you mutter with a chuckle.

Glaring at you for what you said she shuts the door with a slight slam "Shh, what're you doing! Everyone in town could have heard that! I have a tough reputation to keep!"

Laughing at her you kiss her once more, making this one just a tad bit longer than the last "Everyone here already knows you're a softy. But keep that tough facade going while you're out in town, I think you look adorable"

Huffing Ellie crosses her arms "You're mean." Smiling you lean in to kiss her once more "I know, but you love me."

"..Sometimes" she whispers causing you to role your eyes.

"Okay, okay. I really have to get going."

"Right, wouldn't want Tommy getting up your ass for running late to meet him."

"Meeting him? Babe I'm not meeting anyone. Its a solo hunt."

Eyes wide and mouth agape, Ellie shakes her head and chuckles, her sleepy eyes now wide awake.

"Nope! Not allowed! I'm not allowing that!"

Watching as Ellie runs around the house to get ready you shake your head.

"Babe I'll be fine! I've gone on plenty solo hunts I know what I'm doing!"

Running out of breath Ellie comes up to you, fully changed and ready to go "I know you do, but theres been lots of infected lately. I just wanna make sure you'll be safe."

Staring into her eyes you sigh "Fine." The brunette smiles and grabs your hand, leading you out the front door "It's not like I had much of a choice, you're like a dog. You follow me everywhere."

Looking back at you the brunette pouts once again, eyes shifting side to side as she checks her surrounding "Remember what I said?! My reputation!"

Staring at her you shake your head and take the lead, dragging her behind you as you take quick steps.
