Looking at it then, Ellie never thought she would ever run into you again. It had been four years. Four excruciatingly long years since she had lost you.

After learning that Ellie's life was going to be traded for a cure, you did everything in your path to stop it. You helped Joel take out all the fireflies and saved Ellie.

But before you had the chance to even escape with Ellie and Joel, you were shot. Marlene's aim was sharp, the bullet hitting you in the stomach. When you fell to the floor Joel felt his heart drop in his chest.

He felt bad enough knowing he hand't prevented you from being injured, but he felt even worse after following what you ordered him to do.

"Go Joel! You have to keep moving!" you cried "Tell her I love her!"

Your final words played in his head like a broken record, every day, every afternoon, every night.

When Ellie woke only to learn that you hadn't made it she cried; she cried for hours, days and months. She couldn't handle losing you. She couldn't handle the thought of you being gone.

All she wanted was for you to be with her again. By her side; in her arms.

And thats exactly where you were now.

Ellie couldn't believe it, it all felt like a dream.

Ellie had just entered Seattle, getting revenge being the only thing on her mind. Abigail needed to be killed, she needed to feel the pain that she caused.

Riding towards one of many gates aligning the front of Seattle, Ellie stops. The gate wasn't going to open without power and a code. Fortunately she already had the code, all she needed was the power.

"Stay here girl." she muttered to Shimmer as she dismounted the horse.

Her eyes scanned the grassy area surrounding her, eventually landing on a generator that rested two to three feet in front of her.

She quickly made her way over and started to pull on the generators wire. After a few hard tugs with no response she pulls away, fingers grasping the gas cap of the yellow generator to unscrew it.

"Of course." she sighed, throwing the gas cap to the ground.

"Where the hell do I find gas?"

Searching her surroundings she finds a large federal looking building, the word 'gas' with an arrow being painted across the structures walls in big red letters.

"That works."

Making her way back to Shimmer she quickly hops on, motioning the beautiful horse towards the federal building.

"Fucker." Ellie spat as she lunged forward, plunging the blade of her knife into the Stalkers throat.

The color of red wine paints the brunettes features as blood spews from the gash within its neck. She grunts and throws the dead carcass to the ground, the sleeve of her jacket coming up to wipe away the blood splattered along her face.
