🥀✨🥀✨🥀
I plopped down in one of the chairs at a table we were able to find in the bustling food court. It was around one in the afternoon and we were still shopping. As soon as we got to the mall, we went to get their suits for their event tonight, then started shopping for me.
I knew we were going to look for some stuff for me, but I didn't realize that this is what they meant. All three of my bosses set down two arms full of bags each, filled to the brim with clothes, shoes, and jewelry...for me.
They refused to not only let me carry the bags, saying the heavy lifting was the least they could do, but they also didn't let me pay for any of it either.
Each time I shot them a look at the register, they merely shrugged and smiled. At one point I expressed the guilt I was starting to feel, watching them pay for all this while knowing I now had a salary that could afford it.
But Jimin looked at me and said if I didn't stop feeling that way then he'd go buy more things for me without me knowing. That basically ensured that I kept my thoughts to myself.
I leaned back into the seat with a soft sigh while Jimin sat next to me and Tae took the spot across from him. Within seconds, I went from having curious glances thrown my way, to straight up dirty looks and glares from the women around us.
I couldn't blame them though. I was sure they were wondering why I couldn't just pick one, but only if they knew what was waiting for me after this.
Their heads would explode.
"I'm getting a pretzel. Any of you want anything?" My stomach rumbled as soon as Jungkook finished talking and I blushed as they all chuckled.
"I'll just take a salted one please, with a water," I said before Jimin and Tae gave him their orders. He got a few steps away before I suddenly remembered something. "Oh, Jungkook!"
He turned around with raised eyebrows and I grimaced. If I had known the acoustics in this building were likely to echo, then I would've whispered.
"Cheese sauce too, please." I finished lamely. He grinned and shook his head while the other two chuckled under their breath.
I glanced over Jimin and Tae who were both looking at their phones. They didn't even look winded from all of the physical activity. I wasn't kidding when I said we had walked this entire mall. I mean, I didn't even carry anything except my purse and I was sweating.
"We have one more place to go and then we can head to your new home," Jimin said with a bright smile. His brown eyes were shielded behind crescent shapes and I felt my stomach tumble from the cuteness.
The idea of moving in with them brought a smile to my face. Sure, I was practically bouncing with nerves, but I was excited to see what living with them would bring since today had been nothing but laughs and jokes so far.
