You had a very long dream, there were times when it feels like it was a dream within a dream. You dreamed of the past, how you were left to fend for yourself when the old woman you had been living with passed away.

How those debt collectors came, saying they needed to collect the payment from your parents' debt. The parents you know absolutely nothing about. Not even their names or what they look like. You thought about why you needed to pay for something that that people you know nothing about owe to other people.

It was a very long dream and it played in sequence. But just like everything, it came to an end. Like a very long thread being snapped.

And that dream ended when you woke up.

Just like that, the dream you had of your past started to vanish until not even a remnant was left and you had forgotten all about it.

Were they really worth remembering in the first place?

"Had I known you had awoken, I would have brought back a gift."

A familiar voice of a man spoke and when you blink your eyes to look ahead you saw him. Slowly you tilted your head to the side, hair cascading down your shoulder.
