Taylor walked the makeup artist to the door of her apartment and said goodbye to her.
She turned and took another look at herself in the small mirror in the hallway. Her makeup was wonderful. Jenny appeared beside her.

"Oh my god that dress is such a slay" she said looking her over

"Thank you" smiled Taylor "Wait, take a picture of me in this dress"

"Okay," Jenny agreed.

The woman  sat down on the couch in her hallway and Jenny took some pictures.

Than she went into her room and sat down at the small table where her jewelry was in boxes. One by one she began to open the boxes of earrings, choosing which ones to wear. Jenny, on the other hand, sat on her bed watching.

"Are you going to the party again?" She asked.

"It's more of an event but yes" replied Taylor putting on her earrings

"You've been doing that quite a bit lately. I thought you lost interest in parties."

"No,I'm fine this time. I think you can see for yourself. It's been years."

"Just because it's been a long time doesn't mean you can snap again, Dad agrees with me too."

"You told Tom?" Taylor sighed "Jenny now he's going to think I'm up to my old tricks. I'm doing fine and you know that. My business is going up, I'm happy."

"From doing well at work?" Jenny asked incredulously, "Happy? Tell me you're not taking some pills and snorting cocaine"

"Jenny, cut the crap!I understand that you're worried about my health, but it shouldn't border on paranoia!"

"Okay Mom. I'm just worried about you. It seems to me that our life has been looking more and more like normal lately than ever before and I don't want us to have problems again."

"We won't have any more problems, don't worry" Taylor said and hugged her daughter

Jenny hugged her tightly, tightly. Taylor stroked her head and said
