Wrong Prince || Loki

Chapter 22

The romantic trip to Midgard is over and Elsa, Loki and Thor returned to Asgard. That means that it's time to talk to Odin about the wedding.

The three had came up with a plan about what they were going to say and hoped for the best.

"Can you give us a moment?" Loki asks Thor before they walk in the throne room

"Yeah, I'll be right back" Thor answers and walks away.

Loki turns to Elsa and makes a dagger appear in his hand.
"Take this. In case this doesn't go as planned, use it" he says

"No, Loki, I can't--" she refuses

"Yes, you can. You trained, you got it" he insists as he puts it in her hand.

"Well, it's not like I have pockets to carry it" she says trying to avoid taking it.

Loki forges a holster over her ankle, so her dress would cover it and it would be easy for her to grab. He puts the dagger the holster and stands up again.

"Ok, now you made me even more stressed and scared than before" she admits.

"I love you" he says

"I love you" she replies and they kiss one more time.

Thor returns and they walk in the throne room. Odin was just sitting on the throne, as they expected. What they didn't know though is that Odin was expecting them as well.

"Stop right there" he says

"Father, we have something to--" Thor talks

"I know" he interrupts him.
"You can leave, Thor. I want to talk with Loki and Elsa" he adds

"No, father, this involes me too" Thor insists

"I said leave!" Odin yells, causing Elsa to flinch.

Loki immediately notices it and takes her hand
"It's ok" he whispers to her
"Go brother, we're good" he eventually says to Thor.

"I will be right outside" he says and leaves the room.

"You took your brothers wife" he says to Loki

"Well, she is not his wife yet, is she?" Loki reminds him

"And you swore to Thor" Odin says to Elsa

"Well, he swore to me as well but he is also in love with someone else" she argues, but keeps her shy tone

"Ah, yes... A Midgardian" Loki informs him

"But you two walk around together in the castle. Do you know how many rumours there are now out there?" he asks
"I brought you here to clean up the rumours around my son's name. Now there are three time more rumours involving all three of you!" he yells at Elsa.

Loki steps in front of her
"How do they dare to talk about your beloved son?" Loki mocks him

"She belongs to your brothers!" Odin insists

"She does not belong to anybody!" Loki argues
"There was a choice and she made her decision. I didn't force her into anything" he explains

"That's true" Elsa agrees and steps forward.

"If that's the case, guards escort them to the dungeons" he orders

"What?" Elsa asks terrified.

Someone grabs her arm and Loki immediately knocks them down. But more are coming.
"You got this. I love you" he says and kisses her quickly.

She reaches down and takes the dagger out of her ankle holster. Loki forges a new dagger in his hand and they both turn around to look at the guards. Their backs connected and ready to defend themselves.
