Shopping Trip

I woke up around 9am, I wiped off the droop on my cheek. Damn I was in a deep sleep, but now I am well rested now. I snuck out of bed trying not to wake Maggie up. I went into the bathroom and began to take a shower. Thankfully the shower woke me up a bit more. I could hear Maggie waking up. I blew dried my hair, got dressed and straightened my long brown hair. I wore high waist black faded jeans, a tight nude long sleeved v neck shirt. I tucked the shirt into the pants so the top of the pants could show. I threw on some black vans because I'm still a bit tired and lazy. I left the room with Maggie following behind me. We went out the back slider door so she could go to the bathroom. I put her in the place where the dogs went to the bathroom (The place she went potty last night.). She already knew where to go. As she did her business.

A beautiful blonde long haired girl slowly walked up to me. She had on a tight white shirt tucked into tight nude slack. She had shiny pointed heels along with a nude Gucci bag. Yeah I was definitely under dressed today.

"Hey, my name is Aurora. I'm your step sister I guess." We both chuckled awkwardly.

"I'm Juliet but you can call me Juls".

She started talking again, "Anyways Papa told me you needed more clothes and stuff. I was wondering if you wanted to go to some outlets today. We could get to know each other and have some fun. I'm surrounded by men in this house besides my mom but she's always busy. And it would be nice to have a girl friend."

"Yeah definitely, that sounds great and I won't be alone either."

"Great Michael and Nico should be here to take us shopping."

"Um who are they?"

"Our body guards and drivers. Papa always has us bring one when we're going out. You know the whole we're the daughters of a Mafia leader. The daughters always have to be protected."

"Yeah that sounds like Papa. Are those two guys nice?"

"Well Nico's my boyfriend and Michaels quiet but nice. Why don't you get your purse, get your dog back inside the house and then we'll leave."

"Sounds like a plan."

Time passed and we were finally shopping. We talked about our past lives. Turns out her real father died of a heart disease before she was born. But my dad was her legal father. They loved each other like they were biological. Which hurts me a bit. Anyways, both of us wanted to become teachers. Her boyfriend was really nice and chill, just like her.

"Papa's opening up a new club in a couple of days and he wants all of us to go. But we need new dresses for the club."

I ended up picking out a tight black dress that ended mid thigh. The back was half covered and the spaghetti straps were made of silver gems that draped on the back. I walked out of my stall in the dressing room.

"You look amazing Juls. That's definitely the dress." A said (Aurora rather have people call her A instead.)

Her boyfriend nodded in agreement. The last thing we did was buy some makeup and I love makeup. So I was really happy. We finished up our shopping and went back home.

"When's the club opening?" I asked Aurora.

" In two weeks from today. Papa wants you to introduce you to my mom first. He wants you to get comfortable around her."

"Sounds great."

I acted cool but I was a bit scared. To meet someone I live with but don't know. And who my dad loves. With Aurora it was different, we were around the same age and we had a lot of things in common. But I have to suck it up. Because she's just on of many people I have to meet.
