Enzo's POV
Earlier today I remembered this morning, Juliet fell asleep in my arms. Waking up next to her was a dream come true. I snapped out of my thoughts to see her walking towards me. She just finished getting ready for the ball. She wore a black long dress and her hair was down. We were about to leave for the venu.
"You look beautiful." I couldn't take my eyes off her.
"You look not to bad." I smiled at him.
We got lost in each other's eyes. We both apologize for our fight the night of Aurora's birthday party.
"Hey, are you going to keep on gawking at each other? Or are you going to get into the limo so we can go?" Nico whined
"Ladies first." I let Juliet in. I spoke up.
"Does everyone have everything? Girls, do you have gun holsters and knife gaters underneath both thighs."
"Yes." A and Juls said in unison.
"Do you have everything Nico?"
"Yes I do."
"Remember we're all in love."
We made it to the Venu. I helped Juliet out, I held her hand all the way to our table and pulled out her chair for her. If I don't look like I'm treating her like she's a Princess, Adlo will find out and kill me.
We waited for our food.
"How do you not know if this food is poisoned?" Juls questioned.
"Because we rented out the chiefs."
I started pointing out who was who.
"Over at table 15 are the ones on the edge of choosing to work with us so be careful. John Kenny in the blue, he's an amazing shooter. No matter what the gun is. The one in all black is Jacob Big, he will definitely hit on you. But be very smart. He's very good when it comes to catching women. Lastly Dylan Case, the boss, good at making deals and knowing how to persuade anyone. Especially if people are looking for a lot of money. But that's not why we're here. We're here to stop the Russians from growing, but just be careful around those three."
"Understood." Juls said.
"I have to talk to some people soon. But I can't have Dylan and his boys intrude."
"Understood again."
Juliet was very witty and smart with her words. She knows how to analyze everything. Plus she's very fast on her feet. That's a couple of the reasons she's going training so fast.
