Enzo and I sat in silence, but not awkward silence though. It was just me and me though. I counted the number of stray cats I saw as we drove. I just want to take them all home with me and love them.
"What are you looking at, you're so focused?"
"I'm counting the amount of stray cats we pass on my side, Enzo. Now be quiet, I'm about to lose count."
"Should of guessed you would be the kind of girl who does that. You're really funny when you're drunk, but annoying." Enzo laughed.
"I know, that's what makes it a fun time. It's pretty funny when I step back and pay attention to see you getting aggravated. It makes me laugh a bit to be honest with you."
"Really?"
"Yeah. Your angry face looks like a cartoon character that's mad. Like you have with steam coming out of your ears. Along with you slowly turning red as you get even more mad. It's quite entertaining really."
"Steam coming out of my ears? I like that one." Enzo laughed again.
"I remember the first time I saw you laugh. I was the one who made you laugh."
"Really?"
"Yeah. It was the day of Aurora's birthday party. I never thought you could ever laugh. I actually made you laugh twice that night. Then we got into a fight. But now I make you laugh all the time and your laugh is music to my ears. I feel strong, I can make Enzo Riva laugh. It makes me feel like on top of the world. I get to make sweet love with him. He's in love with me and I'm in love with him."
"You're in love with me?"
Shit! What the fuck did I just fucking say. I totally just ruined tonight and possibly our relationship. It's okay Juls, just calm down. Fuck I shouldn't have said that but I was drunk. And if he doesn't feel that way toward me, I can chalk it up to being drunk.
"Well, are you in love with me?"
"With all my heart baby."
My teenage girl came out but I didn't show it. A strong, beautiful man, who protects me, and makes sweet love to me is in love with me.
"Good because I'm in love with you Enzo Riva."
"So who's dick were you talking about?"
"Really such a sweet moment now and valuable moment. Now you want to talk about dicks." I was laughing because I really didn't care that he said that.
"I'm sorry."
"Don't apologize, I was joking. And if you were wondering who it was about, it wasn't you." I giggled.
Then who?"
"Anna and Leo are hooking up or they are a thing. We were just wondering if the sex was good. And If he had a big dick."
"Leo and Anna?" Enzo was shocked.
"They're alway making googly eyes at each other blushing every time they talk."
Right after I said that we pulled up to the house
