Pre Paring

The three of us were sitting in my office. We had our own plans but we wanted to run by them one last time.

"Anna, how are you going to begin the training?" A asked.

"Shooting with a low gauge handgun and rifle. Along with throwing and learning how to handle knives as usual. The first will be small knives and low gauged guns. The weapons will get bigger and fatter as they go obviously. I will be also teaching them how to get out of being tied up with those weapons. And how to use weapons together as a team." Anna informed us.

"What about you, Juls?" Anna asked.

"I will teach them how to break down small situations. I'm going to hold the meetings in our main office. The next week will become bigger and harder. I will actually have them do some homework here and there. Along with basic fightighting skills. And how to fight together in two and groups. I have one of Enzo's lower ranking guys be the one they practice on. Enzo knows the guy can handle it. They will also use punching bags. Later on they will be hand boxing each other. Aurora, how about you?" I asked.

"I will start them by lifting and running. Basically what Leo does."

"Good, does everyone have what the girls goals are by the end of the week?" A and Anna both nodded at me.

"Monday, Wednesday and Saturday we will have our own meetings about the girls." I said.

"What time?" Anna asked me.

"Lunch time."

That sounds good to me." Aurora said.

"Yeah. Are they going to be in your office?" Anna asked

I nodded yes. "

With that I am going to call Papa. You guys can do whatever you want. I'll see you tomorrow bright and early!"

Yay." Anna said sarcastically while walking out.

With that the door was closed and I was all alone. I called my dad.

"Hello figlia, how's things going?"

"Good Papa. Anna, Aurora and I just had a meeting with the newbies. Then our own separate meeting in my office."

"How did the meetings go?"

"Pretty good. Aurora and I intimidated the newbies, none of them left surprisingly. And had our own meeting in my office. We all went over for the second time what we were going to do and how we were going to start training."

"Good. How are you guys planning the training?"

"Thirty women showed up. We split into three groups. The girls will rotate through Anna's, Aurora's and my training throughout the day. Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday the 3 of us will have a meeting. On Sunday Enzo and I will have our own meeting."

"Did you tell Enzo this?"

"I did before the meetings. I also told him if anything changes I'd let him know."

"Do you think that's a good idea?"

My dad was testing me to see if I was second guessing myself.

"It'll work and if it surprisingly doesn't Anna, Aurora and I will have a conversion about it. Then I'll tell Enzo our new idea and see what his opinion is. If he doesn't agree, all four of us will have a meeting on it."

"I can see you are good at this."

"Yeah I guess I am."

At that moment I remembered the Russian mafia.

"Hey Papa, please stay safe."

"I will honey."

"I miss you papa."

"I miss you too, Juls."

I heard a knock on my door and Enzo walked in.

"One minute." I mouthed to him.

"Hey Papa, I have to go to Enzo's here to talk to me. I love you."

"I love you too honey. Bye."

"Buh Bye." With that I hung up.
