"I heard Anna is one of the best shooters in this business." A random girl whispered in our meeting room.
"I heard the American Daughter is a natural. She's the one who caught Dylan and his men, all in one night." A different girl whispered.
"And Aurora is the fastest one." The first girl whispered.
Aurora, Anna and I agreed to enter the room. As soon as we went in the room fell silent. Aurora began to talk as Anna and I stood behind her.
"Good Morning ladies. I am Aurora Gallo. This is Anna Conte. Anna will be your shooting trainer. She will also teach you how to use knives. She's the best in the business, beats men that are twice as big as her. This is Juliet Gallo, my sister. She's fast on her feet and knows how to get information from people with just her words. Juliet."
Aurora motioned me to come forward to talk.
"Thank you Aurora. Like she said, I am Juliet Gallo. You will go through rigorous training. 7am-1am. You will only have Sundays off. Like Aurora said Anna will be teaching shooting and how to use knives. Aurora will be training you in the gym for lifting, cardio, ect. I will be showing you how to fight and also how to analyze any kind of situation. This will go on for three months straight. At the end we will be choosing some of you to come back to Italy for more intense and professional training. For now they are 30 of you. We will split you up in 3 groups. Throughout the day you will rotate between the 3 of us trainers. Whoever isn't chosen to go to Italy can stay until they are chosen. Or they can leave if they want too. If you think you cannot handle it, leave the premises right now."
No one stood up or said anything.
"Good, games on." I stated
We split up the girls randomly and told them their schedule. After that Aurora began to talk again.
"Now the groups are all set, you will start training tomorrow. Each group has a room to sleep in. You will be sleeping in bunk beds with one blanket and no pillow. Being in this business is hard and can be uncomfortable. The higher you move up the more respect you will get. The more privileges you will get as well. Remember you at rock bottom. Lastly you will not be able to leave the premises once you start training unless you drop out. Understood?" I announced.
Everyone nodded.
"I said I understood?"
"Understood." They all said at the same time.
Everyone looked at Aurora once she started talking. "Good. Now ladies it is 8pm you can go to the cafeteria to eat dinner. Then go straight to bed. Now leave."
After Aurora said that everyone left the room.
