"Get down! get down!" jj said when the three pogues saw rafe walk out of the door towards the truck and john b tried to ran towards him but the other two stopped him "then what do we do? what's the plan?" john b asked
"well, he might have the gun, so, uh, what's in our favor? the element of surprise, that's what's in our favor right now" jj answered
"what can we surprise him with?" john b asked
"i'm working on it! what if we threw something in front?" jj said
"threw what, where? you're gonna take the tree?" john b asked
"slingshot. yeah" jj said then they saw pope running towards the truck and somehow managed to jump on it
"what was that shit?" john b asked in shock
"rafe's gone. now let's storm the front" jj said but then they saw rose and wheezie take out sarah and jo and put them in the car
"they've got sarah and jo, what do we do?" jj asked
"what'd they do to them?" john b asked seeing that the two girls were almost asleep.
then the car started so john b and jj decided to ran towards and with it as rose drove away
"hey! slow the car! sarah! jo! wake up!" john b yelled banging the window
"jo! wake up! wheezie unlock the door!" jj yelled, jo managed to open her eyes and meet jj's but then she fell back asleep and the two boys fell on the ground
"come on. let's get to the twinkie, man!" jj said and the two boys ran to the twinkie.

the sun had raised when jj and john b arrived at the port after following rose's car. the two boys managed to get near the ship
"wait. the costal venture. dude, i know that ship. my dad did legs on her last summer. it's a total tramp steamer. i worked on her in port" jj said
"there's the cross. right there. look" john b pointed to the cross that was being sent up
"there they are" jj said pointing to jo and sarah who were forced to get out of the car, now finally half awake
"we gotta come up with a plan" john b said
"i know, i know. i'm working on it. if we get over to that barge, we go over. we'll have to get into the water, though" jj said
"that's fine"
"then we're gonna be sitting ducks" jj kept talking when he turned around hearing a voice behind "whoa! i was about to stab your eyes out"
"you look scared as shit" kie chuckled
"how'd you guys even find us?" jj asked
"geo-located your phone" kie answered
"smart"
"where's jo?" pope asked
"on the ship with sarah. you okay? what happened?" john b asked
"rafe round three" pope answered
"you freaking kidding me? again?" jj said with anger and shock
"this was a tie. is that the cross?" pope asked
"yep"
"we have to get on that boat" kie said and they began walking to follow jj's plan but pope didn't move
"pope, what are you doing?" john b asked
"i have an idea. just trust me" he answered
"no, hey, stop running! we gotta go, dude" john b complained
"trust me, man. go. i'll meet up with you guys. go" pope said and ran away
after a couple of minutes of waiting pope, the three pogues heard a huge bang and saw fire somewhere, then people started screaming and pope ran back to them
"pope, what was that? huh?" john b asked
"look. that container's going on the ship. we can get in that way" pope answered pointing to a container "are you with me?"
"you're a genius" john b answered then the four pogues walked to the container. john b and pope immediately jumped in the container
"did you think this through?" jj asked
"yes. this is the plan" pope answered
"that's a trap right there. we can't get out once we get in" jj observed, maybe there was another way to have his girl back
"you guys don't have to come. right?" john b said
"right. this is our fight" pope said
"nothing to lose?" kie asked jj
"i do have something to lose. and is in that goddamn boat. i'm not going anywhere without jo" he answered and jumped in the container.
"guess it's better than boarding school" kie said and jumped in
the four pogues set in the back of the container and tried to stay quiet, after a couple of seconds the doors closed and they started moving.
"we gotta be on the dock now" jj said after a couple of minutes then they heard some noises and john b tried to look out of the window but then they started moving again and shaking, making all of them fall until it stopped
"we made it" jj said making the other three shush him, john b tried to look out again but there was a banging and he hid in silence.
then everything got quiet and they were officially on the boat.
