The six pogues managed to arrive at the marsh, laughing and telling each other stories during the way. john b and sarah told their adventures in nassau, who they met and how sarah got shot and almost died. the other four told them about how they found the gun and kie and jo almost drowning. jo also told about her family, her life in figure eight, about charles, monica and liam.
it was the first hours of the day when they arrived at the marsh when jj spoke up "anybody else starving? we need to grab some sort of breakfast"
"we're gonna find some food" sarah said as pope helped the three girls out of the boat
the three girls were now in someone's garden looking for some fruit "ugh! jackpot!" kie said raising a watermelon
they split up the watermelon and sat down to eat it before the boys
"holy shit. okay, so you really got married?" kie asked sarah
jo smirked in sarah's direction as she picked up some of the mouth-watering delicious watermelon
"it wasn't actually legal but...yeah" sarah grinned towards her best friends
"marriage. i always knew you were crazy" jo chuckled
"yeah i know so am i crazy, or is there definitely something going on between you and pope?" sarah perked her eyebrows up in question
"you have no idea" jo chuckled
"maybe" kie replied softly but she couldn't help as the corners of her lips twitched upwards at just the thought

"and how is it going with jj?" sarah asked smiling towards jo making the blonde and kie frown
"we broke up"
"what?" sarah asked in shock "i didn't even have the time to look at you two together"
"so, are you finally gonna tell me what happened, now that sarah's here?" kie questioned
"i didn't want to explain it two times, you understand that?" jo asked kie
"i knew it from the moment we found out they were alive" kie smiled softly
"okay, so, the details?" sarah asked
jo was sit on jj's couch, thank god his father wasn't home, the two were watching a movie in a comfortable silence. jo had her head on jj's shoulder and his arms were wrapped around hers, rubbing gently her arm. jo looked at the time on her phone and stood up
