"Wait, is that?" Makoto asked.
"Yep," I said.
"That's Albert Volandel from Sweden. He holds the current world record for the 100 and 200-meter freestyle," a girl who looks similar to both Momo and Seijuro spoke up.
"That's crazy..." Makoto said.
"Makoto and Y/n Tachibana, right?" The red-haired girl asked.
"Yes?" I said.
"Isuzu Mikoshiba," she touched her chest as she introduced herself, "Hidaka High School Swim Team. I'm the Captain actually! You," she pointed at Makoto, "swam against my brothers! And you," she pointed at me, "You're the Queen Marlin and you always swam against my brothers! They also have this thing for you..." She explained herself.
"Wait...you mean Mikoshiba, Mikoshiba?" Makoto asked.
"Yeah!"
"Wow! Small world!"
"No wonder you look so much alike I said, except you're really pretty," I smiled.
"Hold on," Makoto said, "Sis, were you watching? How was Haru?"
"I was watching alright..." I sighed.
"Well, his form seemed to be pretty decent, but it's not like they call Albert Volandel the Odin of the water for nothing, y'know?" Isuzu said.
"Odin...the Norse God of battle and death," I said.
"Rumor has it, anyone who swims with him feels like their mind being torn apart!" Isuzu added.
"Shit...I want to race him now. I have to know if he's faster than me," I said.
"Not with your wound!" Makoto got after me.
"I know...I just hope I'll get the chance," I said.
"Can everyone except staff and participants please clear out of the venue now?" The staff shouted at us that it was time to go, "Closed practice will begin shortly!"
Haru is still catching his breath in the pool, "Fuck, Haru," I said as we began to leave the seating area.
"Do you need a ride back?" I asked Makoto.
"No, I'm okay," Makoto asked.
"You sure? Sou is already here," I offered again.
"Yeah...I think I'd like to be alone for a while," Makoto said, probably thinking about Haru and I get it. I'm worried for him as well.
"Okay. Well, I love you, brother. I'll see you soon. Careful on your way home," I said as Makoto opened the car door for me.
"You, too," Makoto said, closing the door.
"How was it?" Sousuke asked, buckling my seatbelt.
"Don't even get me started," I sighed, grabbing the side handle to lay back on the seat.
"That bad, huh?" Sousuke asked.
"Bad is an understatement," I grunted.
"Tell me later?" Sousuke asked.
"Yeah," I said, closing my eyes.
After a few minutes of being home Sousuke spoke up, "By the way, I'm meeting up with Rin tomorrow."
"For?" I asked, honestly too tired and worried to care.
"Dunno. Catch up, I guess."
"Alright, what time?" I asked.
"In the morning," Sousuke answered.
"Okay, just wake me up before you leave so that I can shower, I need a way to talk to Haru," I exhaled deeply and exhaled.
