A pretty long poem with acrostic verses, hope you like it (it's sad, how unusual of me):
I saw your empty spot
Right next to mine
And a tightness in my chest
Made me lose my mind
It was not supposed to be like this
That I know to be true,
Though your disdain broke my
Heart, and my passion became blue,
Reliving our time together
Ought to fix it up.
Unless you've changed your mind,
Granted, you did come back,
However much you didn't want to
Yet your smiles were forced,
Our hugs were fake,
United despite our fate.
Repeat and go, that was
How it always went,
Exactly how you said,
Always when you said.
Repeat and go,
Through my heart you ram it so(February 16th '22)

The Lost Dreams of a Broken Poet
Short StoryA collection of poems and short stories I write when I'm bored. Most of the themes are sad, so I hope that, in a hundred years when I'm long dead, students read them as part of their Literature lessons. XD ⚠Major character death in some stories⚠
