Little gift today 'cause my bday's tomorrow, so I'll be posting two today!
Translation to the Spanish poem before this chapter. I finally sat down and got some things done, so here you have it:
Of course, if you copy the previous one (though I think Wattpad doesn't let you), you'll see that I have changed a few things to match rhythm and rhyme. Not much rhyme here tbh...
This is a story I will never tell
Between secrets and silences, roses and bluebells
Sweet golden eyes that stare with great grief
And my shuttered life I will never recoverThis is a poem that sings in the night
That whistles between summer breezes and autumn storms
That dances with the skirts of your dress lightThis is a ballad that shouts out of breath
Longing for an end between princess and knight
Even knowing that danger holds them close
And that all shall end with a shrill cryAnd I keep fighting against whispers with no end
That shout a million lies and thunder with a million cries
But there's a lady that guides me in the night
A star, a lighthouse that will guide me back to UsAnd like a boat aground I await the high tide
When the time is right and I'll find you
When the planets align and I'll see you
When the boat sets sail and I'll greet you
Like how a castaway slowly drifts to dry land
I will find you, however far you are
When the voices at last die and I'll free you
When you at last kiss me as I never could(Translated on February 6th '24)

The Lost Dreams of a Broken Poet
Short StoryA collection of poems and short stories I write when I'm bored. Most of the themes are sad, so I hope that, in a hundred years when I'm long dead, students read them as part of their Literature lessons. XD ⚠Major character death in some stories⚠
