We didn't have track practice today. Not because of the weather, but because it was the day before the sixth grade district meet. It was canceled anyway because of the weather. No one wants to be running around in the snow and cold and rain.
We went to game club. I haven't been in over a month and I have to admit, I did miss it. Towards the end, Regan, Alec and I were looking up funny animal memes. This one was my favorite.
The track meet was freezing yesterday. We were in Longmont for the meet. The middle school had a dirt track, it was next to a playground, a hill and a grave yard, so we stayed entertained. The wind was ridiculous! It was so cold. Julie and I were both wearing shorts and a hoodie. Mr. Brand yelled at me for not having pants, even though I didn't need pants.
I missed discus, sucked at shot put and did well at 100 meter dash and relay. I only threw 16 feet, 9 inches. I was up against the two fastest seventh graders in my school because they assigned the heats randomly. I got third. My time was 16 seconds exactly.
We got second in relay. The fastest team in the seventh grade beat us. We improved our time by like seven seconds. We only lost be like two and a half seconds though.
That's all I really did in the past two days. As I've said before, I don't have a life outside of school and track, so yeah.
