So on Friday, I set a timer until the end of school because of spring break. During social studies, either Camryn or I was turning my iPad on to see how much time we had left before we could go home and do nothing.
I'm almost kind of pissed that track practice was cancelled. We were just going to do an hour long workout instead of having an hour and a half for practice. Then, on Thursday, it was cancelled completely because of the weather. I know it was snowing when they cancelled it, but the next day, it was like 60 degrees and sunny.
It was actually really nice to be home from school before my sister. I got to hide in my room for two and a half hours. I was tempted to put a sign on my door that said "Do not disturb. If anything goes wrong mom, or you need something done, or you want me to unload the dishes, just remember that you have another child to do that for you." Of course I didn't.
I had another Fangirl moment today. It was over Doctor Who again. I watched at least four episodes today. When the second one was over, I changed my iPad wallpaper to a Doctor Who picture. My sister decided it would be fun to torture me with the episode in which David Tennant dies. She didn't actually know that she was torturing me slowly, though. I'm so glad that she didn't. David Tennant is fabulous and I don't want to watch him die more than needed.
My sister and dad are officially obsessed with Forza Horizon. It's the racing game that I always talk about. They think it's so great and I would just rather play Minecraft. We were putting laundry away earlier and my sister asked if she could play. My dad said let Ashley play. I told him that it was fine if she played because I honestly don't give a damn. I wound up playing for half an hour. I went to turn the Xbox off and my dad said "You can keep playing." I looked at him like why are you telling me to play freakin video games? I just said "No, it's fine," but in my head, I said "but I don't want too because I'm not an obsessive freak like the both of you."
FYI- I just went to publish this part and realized that it was part 69. 😐
