Yeonjun and Kai had finally came back after getting a bunch of water and snacks. Majority of the time was them arguing about what was poisoned and what wasn't. Meanwhile, Beomgyu was sitting on the bed as Taehyun was sleeping.
"He fell asleep already?! God that was fast." Kai said as he sat down on the floor.
"Yeah..he said he was really tired and eventually fell asleep," Beomgyu shrugged, "Also, do you guys know where Soobin is?"
"Uh..nope! He said he was going out and that's all there is to it." Yeonjun pouted and sat on the other bed, eating his potato chips.
"Well, I think we should all head to bed. It's getting late." Beomgyu said as he stood up and laid on the bed Yeonjun was sitting on.
"I agree. I am tired after SOMEONE KEPT ACCUSING ME OF TRYING TO KILL YOU ALL." Kai yelled.
"Out of everyone in this room, you're most likely to try and kill someone. I mean, look at Beomgyu! You really think he could kill someone? He wouldn't even hurt a fly!" Yeonjun said as he patted Beomgyu's head.
"I would hurt a fly, I hate bugs."
"My point still stands."
"WELL ITS SLEEPY TIME!" Kai laid down next to Taehyun and turned off the light, "Goodnight guys!"
"Goodnight Hyuka!"

It was the next day, and everyone was out in the living room eating lunch. Well, everyone except Taehyun. He was still sleeping. All that pillow fighting really wore him out. But everyone else was having fun.
"What the hell did Taehyun do last night that's making him sleep in so late?" Yeonjun asked as he played with his fork.
"Eh, he usually sleeps in late on the weekends."
"Should I go wake him up? I want to make sure there's food left for him too!" Kai exclaimed as he stood up from the table.
"I wouldn't if I were you, he gets mad when people wake him up from his 'beauty sleep'" Beomgyu said.
"I feel his pain." Yeonjun shrugged as he grabbed his phone and start scrolling through Instagram.
Meanwhile, Soobin had been nothing but smiley that entire interaction. It was...weird. Creepy at that.
"Soobin, you've been awfully happy this morning." Kai said, giving him a suspicious glare.
"What- am I not allowed to be happy?"
"Well, yesterday you were all gloomy and angry and huff huff. Today, you're nothing but smiles. Did something happen last night?"
"I guess I'm just really happy to be spending time with you guys."
"I am an amazing person to be around, aren't I?"
"Yes, yes you are Hyuka." Soobin pinched his cheek and Kai started laughing. Yeonjun was still on his phone, and Beomgyu was just quiet.
Too quiet.

Hours had passed, and Taehyun still wasn't up. Kai was starting to get worried, instead of watching what was displayed on the TV, he kept looking back at the room.
"Kai? Are you okay?" Soobin asked as he patted the younger's shoulder.
"Me? I'm fine. Just worried about Taehyun. We've watched almost 3 Harry Potter movies and he still not up! And it's also almost 5pm." Kai pouted as he kept looking back at the room that Taehyun was sleeping in.
"Beomgyu...don't tell me you and Taehyun..." Yeonjun said as he glared at him.
"Huh! D-Did what? I don't know what you're talking about."
"You know exactly what I'm talking about."
"I-I really don't. What's going on? Are you mad at me? I didn't do anything it's all Soobin's fault!"
"WHAT-" Soobin immediately glared at Beomgyu, but sent a playful punch his way to ease the tension.
"Did you and Taehyun fu-"
"DON'T FINISH THAT SENTENCE WHAT THE FUCK? NO!" Beomgyu had turned bright red and immediately turned his eyes back to the screen, the thoughts of what happened the night before replaying in his head.
Did Taehyun mean what he really said?
"Alright! Well I'm getting really worried so I'm gonna go check up on him, even if he will get mad at me." Kai stood up from the couch and walked towards the room, ready to wake up the red head, "TAEHYUN!"
"Wait no- I- ugh!" Beomgyu said out of frustration, but also his anxiety was building up a lot. And after a while, he felt eyes on him. He turned his head around the room to try and find what was staring at him.
A black figure with wings?
A bat.
A bat?
Choerry.
Beomgyu immediately started freaking out, knowing what Choerry saw, knowing exactly what she's gonna say, and he starts signaling to her to go away, mouthing a bunch of words.
"Go away!"
"What are you doing here?"
"Go there's nothing important!"
"Who are you talking to?" Yeonjun suddenly interrupted.
"Oh- no one. Just playing around." Beomgyu shrugged, but tapped his finger against his leg.

"Taehyun! Taehyun wake up! It's 5pm!" Kai skipped over to the red head laying in bed, in the same position he was in when he fell asleep the night before.
Strange.
"Wake up! Wake up! Wake- hold on."
Something that seemed a little different, is that Taehyun was pale. Very, VERY pale. He definitely wasn't like that before.
"Taehyun! Get up! You need to see some sunlight!" Kai jumped on the bed and started shaking him, which led him to notice another thing.
He was very cold.
"Taehyun?"
He put his hand on the other's face, and he was cold as ice. And no matter how much he shook, the boy wouldn't wake up.
"Taehyun? Please wake up, this isn't funny!"
Tears started falling that he didn't even know had formed. He was shaking a lot, doing everything he could to get the other to wake up.
He shook him.
He screamed.
He felt his face.
He checked his pulse.
Nothing was heard.
Kai put his head down to Taehyun's chest, not hearing a heartbeat. Not feeling his breathing. And although it took him long to realize, he finally did.
Taehyun was gone.
